La Vista Park - Park in Godfrey - 2421 W Delmar Ave, USA

Overall this was a nice park. We stopped while traveling to play a round of disc golf. We played the red tees due to time constraints. Even though the red tees are natural, most (probably all) had bricks marking the area to throw. Some were buried. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that we could see the course being very difficult and slippery in wet weather. Two, I'm not sure why they chose to place tee pad 1 where they did. We started with 10 as it was closest to the parking lot. And three, the course had more walking in-between holes than I like. I know we played the shorts, do you typically have more walking to get to the short, but you could see lots of walking in-between holes no matter which tees you choose to play from. We did see a really nice walking path at the park. The park only had porta potties for bathrooms.

I took my son for a walk on the 1 mile trail; he was in a stroller. Even though the walk back up the hill was challenging, it was an awesome experience. The park is beautiful, and it’s nice that you can hear the water from the creek flowing as you enjoy the nature all around.

Beautiful park with 5 star disc golf course!!! Brooms on every tee pad. 3 tees 2 of the 3 have pads. This course is well takin care of and it shows great layout. I will going back here again loved it!!!

Nice walk down to the Mississippi. Wooded with stream running beside the walking path.

Wonderful clean walking trail, blacktop. Lots of trash cans and benches along the way. Very nice frisbee course. Beautiful winding creek along the way. No litter that I saw and people seem to pick up after their dogs, as I did. A+!

They simply just need to put in actual bathrooms with plumbing. One up by parking lot. And another down by the creek or a different spot. But two at least. Oh and don't forget soap/water/paper towel dispensers.

Love this disc golf course! A nice variety of hole design causing the player to utilize a variety of shot selections. Multiple tee pads and also still being worked on improving layouts and adding concrete tees. Do yourself a favor and go play this course no matter your skill level.
