Impressed by both the owner and his team. I was interested in a security system and cameras to protect my family and my home. I reached out to LA Techs for a quote. Russ came out and walked the property with me, along the way asking questions to help tune his recommendation to my needs. I had a quote back quickly and scheduled his team to install a few days later. They were efficient, clean and professional. While they were at my house, Zack (crew leader) noticed a broken wooden chair from our move. We spoke about it briefly (not valuable, but sentimental) and how we could possibly fix it. At the end of the day Russ let me know that the team was done and packing up. Then he sends me a message "don't use the chair for 24 hours." They fixed the chair! Just an incredible level of care and going so far beyond the extra mile. I will hire these guys for anything I can going forward. I highly recommend the services of LATECHS for the design, installation and configuration of any audio, video and internet access system you wish to install in your home. Their technical experts will discuss the different hardware and software available to meet your needs while developing recommendations and designs for your system. The pre-wire crew that appeared at our home in the framing phase of construction was the most organized and coordinated AV team I have ever seen in my 30 years of network installations. The installation of modems, routers, cameras and video screens went without a hitch. Final configuration considered our particular needs and placement of equipment with personal explanation and demonstration of control apps addressed just the right level of detail. We were lucky to find LATECHS and this is the vendor for you if you want a headache-free configuration and installation.
