We stayed overnight after a flight so that we didn’t have to drive 2 hours to our destination late. The check went smooth. The guy at the desk was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. You can tell the hotel is a little dated as we walked to our room but it was fairly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable (deluxe king room). The room was also pretty clean. We have no complaints about our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Our flight was cancelled and we were given the option to stay at this hotel and given a voucher by the airline. Many passengers from our flight chose this option, so there was a lot of people who showed up all at once. I understand this is overwhelming for hotel staff, however the person working the from desk did not make us feel very welcome at the hotel. “We will accommodate you because you have vouchers but we did not authorize all these people to show up”. After having a miserable day waiting at the airport and then having a flight cancelled, this is not the attitude I was hoping for at the hotel. The room was fairly clean and quiet, and the shuttle to the hotel got us there on time. But I would probably not willingly stay due to the poor hospitality we received

**1 Star: Would Never Stay Again** If you're looking for a hotel that feels like it's been stuck in a time capsule of grime, La Quinta Pittsburgh near the airport is your dream come true. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a shockingly low ceiling that makes you feel like you’re in a fun-sized version of a real hotel. It’s cozy if you're under 5 feet tall, I suppose. The bathroom? Well, let’s just say it’s the perfect size if you're a doll. The place was so filthy that I genuinely considered wearing shoes in the shower. The grooves of the tiles looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the building was constructed, and I'm pretty sure I saw mold. You could probably scrape the dirt off with a knife and sell it on eBay. Honestly, this place could double as a set for a horror movie. Now, onto the beds. They're apparently designed for hobbits because they are tiny. If you're over six feet tall, don't even bother trying to get comfortable here. Oh, and don’t expect a fridge. Why would you need to store food, anyway? It would probably just get dirty sitting in the room. I’m sure there are some cleaning supplies available at the nearest store. Maybe management can swing by and grab some – they could use the help.

This property offers 24 hour shuttle service to and from the Pittsburgh airport. All employees at this hotel were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is very old and was undergoing a facelift during our visit. Room cleanliness left something to be desired; my roommate found some old, dried up fruit under her bed. The breakfast offerings were decent with both hot and cold offerings, and the attendant at the breakfast bar was exceptional. This is a reasonably priced property near lots of eating places. I would not recommend this hotel for a long term stay, but it worked fine for a weekend getaway.

Update response to hotel's reply. The closest spaces at Bob Evans may be less than 50ft from your building, but not the ones on the other side of the Bob Evans parking lot. And definitely would not recommend someone walking that for a late night flight. I chose Holiday Inn Express when I returned, for same price, larger and cleaner room, more welcoming and helpful staff. and they also offer shuttle service to airport and parking was no problem. Had to be at airport at 4:30AM so booked hotel to be nearby. When I arrived after dinner, there were no parking spaces available and several cars were circling to find spots. Desk clerk told me to park next door at Bob Evans. I definitely did not feel safe walking out of hotel at 4AM to a restaurant's deserted parking lot. Judging by the number of cars parked there, many hotel guests had to use the lot. Since my return flight is arriving at 10pm, I had originally booked to stay upon return, but cancelled the reservation, who know how far I'd have to park and walk so late at night.

The rooms were okay. They use Dove body products and provide multiple soap bars. A/C works good. However, there is extremely limited parking. You do not want to be the last to return to the hotel at night. The neighboring restaurant has signs about parking for their restaurant only because clearly they have problems with hotel guests parking in their restaurant lot. Considering it's a breakfast restaurant, I wouldn't risk parking there. Good luck!

Was happy with this hotel. Great rooms. Location was also good and there are restaurants and other amenities around. Would recommend. These are not deal breakers but Parking can be a bit tough , and breakfast should be open a bit longer than 10am on weekends.

This was an emergency stay due to a change in aircraft landing location. Upon arrival, I called the hotel and was informed to wait for pickup, but since this was not my final destination, I did not have a network contract in the US and could not call them. We sent an email and inquired about alternatives, but were unable to reach them through the use of a pay phone or other attempts to reach them. We tried using a pay phone and other correspondence but could not reach them. This is why we used Uber. We believe that you should consider contacting us about transportation upon arrival.|| Rooms were clean and comfortable.
