La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West - Hotel in Omaha - 3330 N 104th Ave, USA

Price was advertised in 60s ($ amount), charged $137. I didn’t get that. Forget about the price, it’s affordable. My problem started with drinking water. I have to get it from vending machine, not a problem, I would buy it. Among 4 vending machines, only one had 3 bottles. Well, it would be fine, but who would buy one extra bottle of coke sitting in front of water bottle? I would rather not waste my time writing all about my experience here. I would like to just sum up by saying, I will never come back here again. I would rather sleep in my car, drive hours to get to a better place. I just regret giving bad experience to my children. They said, they would never stay in any hotel by this name.

Clean room other than finding a roach. Nice and powerful ac/heater system.|Breakfast was not cooked from the kitchen it was only a sack lunch that had a kid size sunny d, crackers, granola bar, muffins, and a small cutie orange. If I had known we weren’t getting a cooked warm breakfast I would have not stayed. We found a roach in the room. There was not an extra outlet for the microwave so we unplugged the tv that actually never worked during our stay, the cable guy was there but we never got access to tv. No information of when the breakfast time was so we missed the 2nd morning breakfast at 9:20am. No apology for cable not working nor any refund offer or discount. Declined military discount since hotel already paid for and the online website did not have an option to select military.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the La Quinta Inn in Omaha. Upon entering the room, I discovered bugs and a significant amount of mold in the bathroom, clearly due to a non-functioning vent. I understand this is supposed to be a budget hotel and that we should not expect many of the amenities of a luxury hotel but this level of filth is unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of price. I booked here specifically because the much nicer downtown hotels have no parking for a U-Haul, but this experience was dreadful. I had no choice but to book a separate room for my family at a different hotel downtown to ensure their safety and comfort. While I understand budget accommodations may lack certain luxuries, cleanliness should never be compromised. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. Cheap rates should not equate to dirty and unhealthy conditions. Avoid this place at all costs!

I would like to give this place no Stars but I don't think the system will allow that. We have been without power because of the storm and a nw sister property recommend this spot. I wish I could share this review with them as well. I wouldn't let a dog stay at this property! Since the reservation was made at 9pm I couldn't get canceled and my card was charged. I have video the place should be condemned. Shady people hanging around. Staff not easily identifiable. The room was in disrepair. We came ,We saw, we left without staying that place isn't safe for children. I will NEVER STAY AT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY EVER AGAIN! I have video but Google won't let me post video

Clean spot. Up to date rooms. Didn't see any bugs. Beds were clean. Nice bathroom. The only problems I had were at check in when we waited 30+minutes for the desk guy to show up and it was nothing but a headache from there. A lot of wasted time and nobody even says thank you. Horrible customer service, and no wifi, everything else was great.

We stayed here last night due to the storm & no power on as of yet. First we were told free wifi not the case. Went to take a shower 🚿 shower head was almost coming out of the wall and was getting water all over the floor we had to put towels down. Last had outlet /plug in that didn't work. Room set up was great and bed comfy. The parking was so narrow and we couldn't even park close to our door due to high car volume Just recommend small little upgrades to what we just paid for was not worth the amount. Will be looking somewhere else next time.

We stayed at this hotel due to a storm in our neighborhood that caused us to lose power for a few days and needed one that allowed pets. It was me, my partner, our 16 year old son and our 7 year old black lab. Overall the room was fine for us just wanted somewhere that had power and AC. You could tell that the bathtub was older as it was chipping and peeling around the drain. The bathroom was the tub/shower and the toilet in a separate room than the sink which is normal from what I've seen in other hotels but closing the door to use the toilet was a little tight, you have to like step aside in order to close the door. The room appeared clean as we didn't find any stains anywhere like other reviews have stated. When we checked in we were told that the breakfast is a bagged breakfast and there was a sign and I saw other reviews mention it so we were prepared for that but if they could update their website that would be better. Overall I probably would stay here again especially if for some reason I have to bring my dog with me.

Rude and NOT PET FRIENDLY. This hotel was supposed to be pet friendly. I kid you not, 7 minutes after we got to our room we got a knock at the door saying that several complaints had been made about OUR dogs barking and if they got another complaint, we would be kicked out and charged for damages. So, let me back up. We checked in around 5:15pm. We put our belongings in the room then took the dogs for a long walk. We got back into the room around 5:55 and our dog barked one time and was quieted. Then, the dogs ate and curled up on the bed with us. No barking. (However, other dogs on the floor could be heard barking as well as children screaming and doors slamming.) Then a knock at the door with the complaint and threat of charging us for damages. Yes, damages for barking????? Even if our dogs were being obnoxious, which they were not, threatening us with damage charges is not the way to handle the situation. So, pet owners beware. ||And yes, maybe they got the wrong room with all of the other dogs barking but the worker was unbelievably rude and did not consider that it could be someone else's dog.
