The only reason this place doesn’t get five stars is because the breakfast is pretty limited and everything is packaged or processed. But, if you don’t have food allergies it’s probably fine. And, there’s no elevator to the top floor, so if you can’t do stairs make sure you specify you need to stay on the main level. For the price, it’s a great value. The bed was exceptionally comfortable for a moderately priced hotel— not too soft, but not too stiff. Our room was small but sufficient, everything was clean, service was friendly, and there was plenty of parking space. Even though it is near the freeway it’s a very quiet location.
Property is clean,it smells freshly cleaned. Friendly Helpful staff, indoor pool. Hot Breakfast in the morning with no extra charges. Nice Comfortable beds and pillows. Tv has lots of channels. We will stay again. The La Quinta by Wyndham is our new choice in hotels. 1st. Time we've stayed. Very recommended
This hotel is the quality that could be expected for the price range. However, there were 2 things that set it apart to earn a 5 star review. #1, I stay at a lot of hotels where the front desk people seem bothered that you are asking for anything or maybe even there in general. Both people we spoke with at the front desk were friendly and happy to help and happy to have us there. #2 they had the air conditioner on before we arrived! Most hotels turn the air conditioner off so you are trying to cool the room down to go to sleep and it is always too hot. It was a very pleasant and welcomed surprise that we could relax immediately after a long day. I would gladly stay at a place where the service is like what we received here and the rooms are cool!
Right off the freeway. Friendly staff. I was welcomed right away and they made our family feel comfortable. The pool was clean and the rooms were well kept. Most of all staff was top notch. Definitely felt at home. 7/14/24 @ 4:00pm. Who ever was at the counter thank you for your hospitality.
The hotel staff went out of their way to help my husband and I feel welcome! The pool - warm and lovely. The rooms - clean and comfortable. The staff- miracle workers! The view- my cat gives 5 stars! My cat needed litter changed so I changed it and he made a mess with the fresh so I asked for something to help clean and she helped me (granted she couldn’t do much but she helped a lot). The bed was super soft and the pillows were nice and puffy! I don’t watch tv but I’d assume it was also pretty decent. Towels neatly folded and the ac/heat worked perfect. I loved the smell of breakfast every morning coming down the hall. Remember if possible tip your “maids” and other hotel staff, they don’t get it often. Also to add in my cat absolutely loved this stay and if it were up to him we would get another 4 nights!
Being my first time seeing what Idaho has to offer and staying with my best friend, this hotel has been a really great experience overall. It’s very clean, staffs are kind. I would definitely recommend staying here. And I’m so excited to come back in October.
The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty standard, but they do change it up to Biscuits and Gravy on weekends. The hotel isn't fancy but it's clean and comfortable. We've been staying there off and on for a few weeks while my husband had training nearby. Twice, we've been put into a room where the fitted sheet and mattress cover come off the bed. No matter how careful you are. It's kind of gross. It hasn't happened in any other room. You also lose access to your room at 11, but checkout isn't until 12. Just 2 small inconveniences in an otherwise very nice stay (s).
Found room clean, comfortable. Every staff member I talked to was friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of selection. Especially loved the cappuccino machine. Right by the e-way. Pool and hot tub was great for end of the day.
Always have a very pleasant stay here. The rooms are very clean and always smell good. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a gift shop to buy things last minute if you can't make it to the store. The only bad thing in my opinion is the late check
This place has the best food. It is packed full of flavor and it won't disappoint. There are a TON of vegan options as well. The soups are all homemade. I had a delicious salad with an apple butter vinaigrette.
