La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Yucaipa - Hotel in Yucaipa - 12952 14th St, USA

We were here for a family wedding. The hotel allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated and I really like the online check in and check out process. We just had to pick up our room keys when we arrived. The continental breakfast had a satisfactory variety of food. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room. The TV is good size. There are multiple plug inside along with USB ports in the room. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A very quiet and pleasurable rest. The young gentleman who checked me in during the graveyard shift provided excellent service and has an amazing demeanor. Breakfast was also very good and had a HUGE selection for all you can eat. The young woman in charge of keeping the food stocked stayed very busy and everything was fresh and plentiful. The room was very nice and comfortable but I ranked it 4stars because I feel the inside shower floor tiles need a good scrubbing to remove soap scum/water buildup. Lysol toilet bowl cleaner works wonders on showers too. Overall it was a great stay and the price is good too. I will use this as my go to for this California route.

A regular chain motel perfect for my purpose visiting my mother. This is a newer property and is clean and bright. Things work and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and a step above most motel breakfasts. Nothing much is walking distance but there's a 7-11 within 200 feet. I would gladly return.

We really liked the breakfast lady! She was friendly and helpful! The shower made a wet mess on he floor. They need to find a way to contain the water in the shower instead of the floor.

I have left my information and tried to call to reach the GM, David Lee, but have been unsuccessful. Our stay was cut short when we saw the state of the bedding in not one, not two, but three bedrooms. The solution I was offered was a new set of sheets to change the bedding myself. If you have bed bugs, you have an obligation to address this issue and not delegate it to your guests. I left the hotel around 3am with my small child to find another place to stay and have yet to hear back from the hotel to discuss this. I spent hundreds more to find a last minute booking so my daughter could have a safe and clean place to stay and La Quinta will never have our business again. I have made a complaint to the EPA regarding this and hopefully the situation will be resolved. Cindy was wonderful and polite however Jeremy could definitely benefit from conflict resolution and customer service training.

We like that they were not homeless people around and the rooms didn't stink like dogs or bugs in beds!! Everything was on point and who ever book me in that night! JesusChrist he went the extra mile for my kids!!! I definitely coming back 🙏🏽

Attended a meeting. Built about a year ago. The lobby and meeting rooms look up-to-date. Modern feel in the lobby. Have not stayed there but if I have a need to get a room in Yucaipa, this would be on my list.

This is an excellent hotel! Great location, nice gym, free really nice breakfast, the hotel is very clean, helpful and friendly staff from the manager, front desk, cleaning staff and food service. They all ask and care how your stay is. It is a wonderful experience to stay here. Thank you LA Quinta Inn.
