La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham York - Hotel in York - 1405 Kenneth Rd, USA

The hotel and my guest room were modern, attractive, and very clean. All staff people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was excellent. I would suggest installing a grab bar in the tub. It was a little slippery and nothing, not even a soap dish handle, to hold onto getting in and out.

ALERT. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves. This hotel has a pool under construction for the last 2 years. The. When checked in, found out that elevator is broken. With a special needs child, this is a problem! When calling customer service to move to a another Wyndham 1 mile away, they told me tough luck, Can’t cancel same day and “I should have checked the website about the location before booking” not a fan of being victim shamed basically saying it is my problem this property sucks!! As a business owner I am making sure no one in my org uses a Wyndham property in the future!

Very well kept up. Rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and kept well stocked. I would definitely stay there again. Not a five star hotel but very good.

There is frozen food and other snacks and drinks by the front desk. In the middle of the night our group decided we were hungry and grabbed some snacks, the frozen item were freezer burnt and inedible. But literally everything else was great. We wish the pool had been open too, but it’s no big deal. It was clean, breakfast was perfect, staff was perfect. We will be back for sure!

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The place met expectations, clean, comfortable bed, friendly people at the reception desk. I was alarmed to see two large carts of ferrets being unloaded from the elevator. Two women with two large carts with what have to have been 30 or 40 ferrets. Are these animals roaming around in your guestrooms? I understand that you allow pets, I love animals, but this is some next level stuff.

Spent two nights at this motel. Our room was nicely updated and very clean. The beds were firm and just the way we like and therefore we had two great nights of sleep. Slept so well that if there were any outside noises we did hear them. The continental breakfast was also first rate with great coffee and hot breakfast items we enjoy (eggs, sausage, toast, waffle, pastries, juice, fruit, etc).

Clean room, hot breakfast, and good service. Shout out to the housekeeping folks - a friend left his wedding ring in the fitness center; they found and returned it, and would not accept any payment in appreciation. Good job!

friendly, clean, convenient location. Can park near a door all the way around. Nice room. Staff was excellent, nice greetings from cleaning staff when walking thru the hotel. Good breakfast with lots of choices.||
