La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williston/Burlington - Hotel in Williston - 36 Blair Park Rd, USA

We stayed here for two nights in August 2024.|The good: It’s a fairly new hotel, only opened last September, so everything is clean and in order as you’d expect. Garage parking was an unexpected bonus. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered excellent choices. The staff was really great. |The bad: It can be very noisy at times. Room floors are not carpeted (only rug around beds) so we could hear the room above when they were active. Around 11pm one night we thought they were bowling. The air conditioner was noisy and woke me up several times a night because the fan did not have a low speed setting. The hotel is fairly close and directly in line with the airport runway so expect to hear the planes. Although the sight and sound of the F-35 jets from the VT National Guard was pretty exciting. Thankfully they didn’t take off before 9am and I'm sure no one could sleep through that! |We will probably choose a different location next time we visit Burlington.

We had a great stay here. It’s very clean, spacious room, big bathroom with big shower. Would definitely stay here again. I wish there was a pool especially for my son’s sake. But otherwise everything was perfect. Complementary breakfast was delicious and every day had a different side which was nice because you didn’t have to eat the same thing every day. No overwhelming smell of cigarettes like some hotels have. Everything was so clean. I was glad there were water fountains near by to also fill up our reusable bottles. Clair at the front desk was very nice and very helpful and attentive. I also liked how close we were to Texas road house.

Hotel was updated and looked good. We were welcomed at Che k in and the staff were friendly. We Checked in Sunday staying till Tuesday for a mini vacation. Monday about 4:40 my husband received a call that his 100 year old Dad was rushed to the ER. He acts as his health care proxy and POA so said we have to leave. We grabbed our belongings and I went to check out. The first girl didn’t know what to do as it was Monday and we had reservations till Tuesday. The other woman, acting manager, took over. I explained quickly why we were leaving. She said she was sorry but we could leave, however, we could not have any discount. I said it figures and left. My husband stopped and said there must be a policy like airlines to cover such emergencies. She gave him the managers card. What annoyed me most was her lack of empathy but it was wonderful of her to allow us to leave. Anyway the manager apologized that we did not agree with their policies (?) and hoped they would have an opportunity to make it up to us. I wondered that the have late check out at 1pm for $30 and 3pm for $55, but zip for emergencies! The chances of us returning are ‘fat’

Good - clean rooms. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast included Bad - noise carries between rooms and from the halls. And we were woken up by fighter jets overhead which was LOUD. They came by again in the morning so it's definitely on a flight path.

I don’t know how old this chain hotel location is, but it felt brand new. The rooms were large and airy, the bathrooms modern and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. There’s tons of parking right out the front door. The free breakfast was fine. If you are looking for something predictable (as in reliable) in the best sense of the word, La Quinta Williston is a good choice.

This was a great place to stay! Quick minutes to Burlington, to the Champlain fair, great breweries and restaurants. The hotel is only a year old so very nice. The breakfast was great and the person manning it was outstanding. It was quiet and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a Suite for two nights. Don’t waste your money. The room was very large, but empty. Large couch but no chair, no coffee table or end table. If you have a drink, it has to go on the floor. Charge your iPad under the tv and it has to go on the floor. Our hotel phone did not work so i had to go down to the front desk to complain. No manager there. In the morning he was too busy to talk. A suite should have a table or two for your convenience. We had a large unusable floor area. Bathroom had dust balls between the counter and wall. Found out when I dropped clothing accidentally in the space. Breakfast was bad. Bacon was thin as paper and scrambled eggs were darkish in color. Fruit and yogurt were good. Check out our coffee table.
