We had called to let them know that we would be a late arrival. As we enter the lobby we were greeted with a beautiful smiling face named Charlisa. " I'm so happy you made it! If there's anything I can do for you, just let me know!" Our room was spotless, smelled fresh and was very roomy! Bed a tad hard, and walls and windows let in quite a bit of noise, so bring your sound machine. Overall, a very nice 3 day stay and yes, we would stay here again!
Have stayed here before. Top of the line for LQ. Clean facility. One mile-ish walk on the path around the 'swamp' with my dog was excellent and perfect after a long drive. Great shower pressure and all expected room amenities. Generous bathroom supplies. Ample parking. Cookies in the lobby. Close by MANY eating places. Right off the highway and down the road from Duck Dynasty Museum. Highly recommend this hotel!
Enjoyed our spacious room! Our king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with nice selection! I was very picky concerning the hotel’s ||reviews before choosing one for the night. This one did not disappoint!
Our family stayed for the weekend and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff. From the front desk at check-in, to housekeeping, and the staff making sure the breakfast items were fully stocked. Would recommend to friends staying in the area because of the exceptional hospitality by the staff!!!
Great location close to various restaurants, next to the interstate and several stores. The location is not far from ULM or the mall. Free breakfast which was good just need to add grits. Breakfast is in the lobby which requires extra tables and space for guest.The day and night desk clerks were nice and friendly. Wooded walking trail next door and different restaurants on the same road. The rooms do need to be dust, housekeepers need to have a better and more welcoming attitude. Requested clean towels from floor housekeeper in which we didn't receive. My husband went downstairs regarding this matter and received some from the desk clerks. Overall we will stay here again on our next visit to Monroe.
The hotel is great, super clean, great staff. Nice rooms, great beds.. Traveling with two dogs, we loved the clean property. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Really like the park next to the hotel. Will definitely go back. Plus there are dozen of restaurants near the hotel.. A great find..
Nice dog friendly hotel. The room smelled awesome. Very good Dove products in bathroom shower push top containers attached where you can reach with ease. Large screen TV. Love the wall paints and modern furniture. Bed is sooo comfortable. We will have breakfast in the morning and head on back to Texas.
✅Cozy hotel with clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Pleasant employee at the reception desk. 🥰The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, microwave, iron, small coffee maker. Dove cosmetics in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and new towels. Free Wi-Fi. Fitness center. ‼️Breakfast is included in the price. Unfortunately, I didn’t try it because breakfast is until 9 am. (not convenient). ‼️The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 9.20 in the morning, I didn’t understand the reason. We kindly ask the hotel manager to stop such actions when some guests are still resting. Overall a pleasant experience after visiting the hotel. Thanks.
