La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warner Robins - Robins AFB - Hotel in Warner Robins - 4080 Watson Blvd, USA

The staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and well-furnished. The breakfast was very good; good variety and plentiful. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom could use an update. The shower head could use replacing, the tub should have grab bars or handles, and the supplied lotions, shampoos, etc. while good quality (Dove) were barely enough for one person. A good supply and quality of towels were provided.|The location is good; a short drive from the Interstate and variety of restaurants nearby including a Japanese restaurant behind the motel.

We love the hot breakfast. We love the pull-out couch for extra bed available to use.|We recommend that we can use the block out curtain. The windows in the front of the hotel had a full blast of lights from the outside. We couldn't sleep that way and the curtain didn't have access to close all the way. Secondly whoever cleaned our room the first day didn't wipe the tables. She/He only took the garbage out. We would like to have clean tables and chair, new towels and soaps. Also maybe 2 king size beds?|Thank you

Customer service, cleanliness, breakfast, room size were all great. |Our only complaint were the pillows were the hardest we’ve ever seen. Hard was the only choice. I sent my husband to the car to get ours. Otherwise we were going to have trouble sleeping.

This is a very comfortably sized room for the money. We stayed on the 2nd floor (Rm 224) which is right next to the overnight garbage bin pick up - so stay at the other end of the hotel if possible. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower adequate but bathroom spacious. Breakfast was good for the overall cost of this accommodation.

If I could post pictures I would. The bathroom was dirty and the shower/ tub moldy. As soon as walk into the room I could smell cat urine. Bathroom molding was chewed, teeth marks. The grout in the tile in the bathroom was missing. furniture is very worn and scratch up. Lamp shade was cracked and missing pieces. The base of the lamp were dirty and dusty. I would not recommend this one. Next trip I will chose a different hotel.

The room was nice, we were on the 4th floor, and the elevator got us to the floor ok. On the way down to the 1st floor, the elevator wouldn’t move. The door would close but just sat there. After pushing the button several times, we got off and walked down the stairs. The lady at the front desk helped us out with little tricks. Other than the elevator, it was a great stay!

I stayed here for 7 days on business. After the second day I noticed a few itchy bug bites on my back. I tried to brush it off but I kept getting more. I ended up with a total of 16 very prominent and itchy bites. It wasn’t until the last night I was there I spotted a bug crawling in bed around midnight. I switched hotels the next day to finish out my trip. The elevator was broken and the room was very average for the price per night. When I addressed at the desk I was just told sorry and that my experience was unacceptable. I am here frequently and won’t be able to bring myself to stay here again. It is walking distance from quite a few things and close to Robins AFB, so that was nice. Overall, it’s a no go for me.

This is a very nice, clean and easily accessible hotel. I highly recommend it for it's close proximity to restaurants and I-75. Quite economical also. Pet friendly for an extra $25 fee. I can't think of anything else to say but this review requires a minimum of 200 characters.
