La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Twin Falls - Hotel in Twin Falls - 539 Pole Line Rd E, USA

Shirley checked us in and was so helpful in getting our dates correct. This was the all-time best breakfast buffet. It was set up so efficiently. People were not running into each other. No one was standing in the middle and going in circles because they couldn’t find what they were looking for. All hotels need to set up this way. Rooms were beautiful, dog areas were convent and service was great

Clean hotel with very friendly staff. The room was large, beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The bathroom was well stocked but only offered a small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner; not a big deal to me. The breakfast was good, the pool was clean, and the fitness room was excellent, which is important to me. The equipment was top notch (leg press, pull down, chest press, etc.) and dumbbells and a bench were available too. The fitness room was large too. Great location for all Twin Falls has to offer. Near my two favorite fast-food places, Culvers & Chick-Fil-A. Would recommend and will stay again when in the area.

Best night’s sleep since we left home. Bed was soft and pillowy. Room was cool and quiet. ADA compliant bathroom with roll-in shower was wonderful for my husband. Breakfast was adequate. Only complaint is that the beds are too close to each other, so wheelchair can’t go between.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, But it won’t be my last time! We were traveling through the state of Idaho with two small pets and not only did they accommodate us, but they made us feel welcomed. The pool is open 24 hours. It’s clean and nice. check in and check out was really really easy. I definitely will be staying here again.!!!! And their breakfast in the morning is served for three hours and as well worth your time.

We reserved three rooms for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Every adult got no sleep on our trip. We all had the same complaint- the beds were too soft! It was impossible to get comfortable and fall asleep. They need firmer mattresses! The pool was a great temperature- not too cold. The hot tub is just slightly warmer than the pool- it would be nice if they heated it up more. They offer a great breakfast- lots of variety and choices.

Rachel, the front desk receptionist, is wonderful. Not only is she friendly, but she provided great suggestions for things to do during my short stay in Twin Falls. The hotel itself is very clean and in a great location. My only suggestion is to add a chair or two in the guest laundry facility.

Pet friendly room had filthy carpet. | Smelled horrible. Carpet had many stains . I must tell you through email this hotel without me asking for a refund quickly refunded my money. They assured me they were going to have the carpet professionally cleaned right away. Because of that I will stay there again. I appreciate there quick response. | I will ask to first check out the room . I recommend you staying there.

What a beautiful property!||I had to call the front desk directly|at La Quinta by Wyndham Twin Falls, and could actually hear a smile in the agent's voice. Our room was extremely clean and we'll definitely be back. I also appreciate the fact that this hotel did not charge an extra fee for our late checkout.
