I’m not sure exactly what I saw that others didn’t see when visiting this hotel. It’s one of the top rated hotels in the area and thus I believed it would be a 4.6 star worthy hotel. It wasn’t. Honestly, what are people seeing to give this hotel 5 stars?? 3rd floor hall smelled. Please, why do we still have carpet everywhere in this country? You go to Europe and other 1st world countries and you hardly ever see carpet in commercial places. Rooms- same thing. The room was clean however and not noisy. I was leaning towards giving this hotel a 4 star until I got to breakfast. Mercy. Your typical generic scrambled egg and something that looked like ham. Waffle maker and a few other options. I don’t understand why hotels take the path of least resistance when it comes to offering a quality breakfast. It would cost them like $1 more per person but make a huge impression. A few hotels have figured this out, La Quinta.. not yet.
Queen Bed Room 205 would've given them 5 stars but unfortunately, I did not sleep well in the room that I was staying. When checking in, I requested a room away from the elevators and wanted at the end of the hall. They gave me a room that was 3 rooms away from the elevator but the one that was aligned to the main entrance sliding doors that when it opens and closes, it was making a loud grinding sound vibration that goes to the rooms that were aligned to this door. They need to probably grease it so it becomes smooth and does not create a loud vibration to the room. It sounded like a constant thunder. Overall, the location and and service was excellent and value for money, room was clean, no other issue. Tried calling the front desk past midnight to let them know the issue. The lady said she will find a way to resolve it. She offered to move me to another room but it was a lot of work and I have to pack and carry all my stuff, it's inconvenient. The next day I had a migraine. I wish they will do something about the doors. Anyway, I would still recommend this hotel.
We have stayed here a few times since it was brand new, we will return again soon. There are many restaurants walking distance, and gas and freeway exits, so a good location including a hard to get to Starbucks. The hotel is very nice and friendly staff, food adequate. Rooms good, no issues with anything at all. Enjoy your convenient place to stay. The management will make your stay enjoyable.
Love this hotel. We had the best sleep. The mattress was amazing. Asked for a 1st floor room and they were very accommodating. Plus had a good breakfast before we left. Will stay again. Highly recommend
Great stay!!! A very nice place to stay - clean rooms, elevator, breakfast area, everything! Beds were comfortable and the room was nice. We had no issues. Thankful that they accept pets! Highly recommended!! (Great location too - convenience store & restaurants within walking distance) *Angel was the receptionist when we checked in. She was very friendly and helpful. 😀😀
We have stayed here a couple of times and every stay seems to be better and better. Genuinely just a really great hotel: kind and helpful customer service, great location, clean, comfortable beds and just all around great experience. We have two large dogs and this is by far the most accommodating and comfortable hotel we stay at. Nothing but good things to say! Thank you!
Very clean, staff is friendly, beds are very comfortable. Location was perfect and a decent price. We were in town to help move my Grandson back to college, the hotel is very convenient to the college and of course, Walmart. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, lots of variety.
This place was awesome. The people were great. It's nice and clean and new, definitely. They had quite a bit to offer in the morning for complimentary breakfast.It was very surprising. I Recommend staying there.The price was very reasonable for what you're getting. A+
