La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa Brandon Regency Park - Hotel in Brandon - 310 Grand Regency Blvd, USA

From check-in to check-out, everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very accommodating which allowed a restful night sleep, after driving several hours. Thanks to Ms. Leona for taking time to hear and understand my request as we were taking a cruise the following day. You guys are the best!

WARNING, there are ROACHES! This place was not clean at all. I felt so deceived by the reviews and rating of this place, especially because it was such a good deal for our stay. Overall, the hotel was not clean. Hallways just had drinks outside of doors, and the place reeked of Marijuana; definitely not family friendly. Our room was FILTHY. From the carpet to the blankets. There were blood stains in the sheets and roaches in our room, and the bathroom had pee stains on the toilets and floor. I could not stay here, I had checked out immediately. For someone who is traveling and just landing and trying to relax in their room.... having to deal with all of this was just so disappointing. The front desk was definitely nice and understanding about my issue, but I do feel like it's best to let people know my experience to give anybody who is deciding to stay here a warning.

Check in and out was easy no issues. Heater/cooler ran non stop. Cleanness was terrible. Roaches in garbage. Smell of marijuana was extremely strong to point I was woke up. Signs above saying smoke free. I would stay in my car before getting room here. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are two LaQuintas at the Brandon exit on I-75. Choose this one.||The hotel is clean, in a safe neighborhood with a well-lighted parking lot. Desk staff is helpful and courteous. Only complaint was that the in-room refrigerator had no temperature control setting and froze drinks and food.|| Don’t know whether this applies to all LaQuintas, but the toilet is low in the two I stayed at recently. ||Breakfast was on the low end of routine, with powdered eggs and turkey sausage links, minimal selection of fruit and cereal.||I’ll probably look at other hotels next time I am in the area, but I would be OK if I had to stay here again.

Skating by on passable when it comes to cleanliness. Just clean enough so that the health department doesn't shut it down but I guess for its price you get what you pay for. Didn't die, sick, bed bugs or get robbed. Hot water works well.

Room AC was very high humidity and dehumidifier in room spit out hot air…temp was about 75 at best. Fridge was unplugged to defrost I assume but never cleaned out (see picture). Told front desk to compensate us and she just said write a review…so here it is. You get less than you pay for. Hotel is in a decent spot but not really a good family place IF you can pay just a little more. Elevator was sketchy at best.

I just stayed two night at this hotel. Our home air conditioning had broken and couldn’t stay. So staying here was awesome for me in a cool clean room. Josie at front desk was helpful to me. Very sweet and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had zero issues with our stay. It was very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location and we felt that it was a good value for the price. The negative reviews had us a little nervous but we found it to be clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Friendly staff and I noticed that it was well staffed compared to some other national chain hotels we frequent that seem to understaff the front desk. The property is a little older so yes there is some wear and tear that shows but it is far from neglected. I would stay there again if I visit the area. We stayed one night for a local concert and loved being able to shop and dine at the many stores and restaurants close to the hotel.
