As soon as my family and I walked into the room we already had low expectations because of the price of the hotel. When I turned on the shower the water was cold and that was the last straw. How are we going to get a trash room and trash utilities too? We requested a new room and the guy at the front desk personally went to go check if our room was used. About 15 minutes later he came back to show us a video….(Like we don’t remember how we left the room WE JUST CAME FROM.) After some back and forth he gave us a new room, in this new room the shower worked but our toilet doesn’t flush. (I guess you get what you paid for.) The shower was disgusting I literally had to shower with my crocs. The beds were disgusting and dirty. My car would have been a better and cleaner hotel. Honestly this place is only good for one night anymore than that I would recommend staying somewhere else. Please don’t waste your money.

The hotel was sorry and had the room had not been vacuumed in awhile. Nor had the elevator been cleaned or wiped down. ||||Bathroom towels were stained and had holes in them. ||||Entrance into the property was not inviting and lawn marinas lacking. Not a good presentation for a Wyndham property. ||||The room was large and internet worked great. The TV was small but worked well with a variety of stations.

Stayed the night here. Made reservations because we were gonna be in town for a concert. Check in was quick and easy but once we got on our floor I was not happy or impressed at all. Our room was not cleaned great at all. You could literally see the dust on the lights hanging from the ceiling and cobwebs on the ceiling too. Doesn't seem like they clean properly at all. We lifted up one of the cushions on the sea and there was chips and a fingernail and none of that was ours because we did not bring any food with us. It definitely needs to be clean better or their staff need to be trained better on how to clean properly.

Old and tired hotel. Needs alot of TLC. The room was dirty, sheets stained, crisps under the bed and light not working in the entrance to room. The suitcase stand collapsed and the slats were missing. The pool was dirty and no towels available. Staff were not understanding of basic customer service and needs, reluctant to change the room even though they could see how in hygienic it was

I'm sorry. The owners are lovely, but the rooms were so outdated and grungy, we stayed one night because of how late we arrived, and then found other accommodations. Obviously anyone booking here is not looking for luxury, but I think it's fair to expect that rooms are in good repair, smell nice, and look clean. I wish you all the best.

Positive: I was pleased to book this hotel as it bears the Wyndham name, however it is a stain on the name. The ONLY things I can commend the hotel on is property and room, visual cleanliness. The female desk staff I interacted with was accomodating . Negative: The night desj staff was terse and unapproachable. The room was patched in areas and on par with a hostel. After I was granted a cancelation, the manager flagged my credit card as deficient, stating this was the reason for cancelation.

During our stay for the Stanley Cup final on June 24, 2024, at 1:30am, my husband and I were sleeping in our hotel room when we were woken up by the front desk employee knocking on our door, who then told us we were in the wrong room. The employee proceeded to unlock the door and turn on the lights, accompanied by a stranger claiming that we were in his hotel room. Thankfully, at this point, my husband got up and dressed to find out what the fuss was about, and the lady couldn’t enter our suite fully due to the deadbolt keeping the room closed off. ||My husband accompanies them downstairs to verify his identity and prove that we were in fact the correct guests in the correct room. Turns out the other guest has that same room number rented out by their sister location down the street. This is not a hotel that has remote check in, so not sure how this occurred in the first place. ||I’m bothered by the fact that the front desk person didn’t verify the guest’s identity, and then proceeded to blindly trust the stranger’s claim and open the door to our room in the middle of the night. At the very least, the ID could have been verified against the name on file for the room rental, and we wouldn’t have been woken up and frightened in a foreign country. ||I feel like this was a huge violation of our safety as a hotel guest. Following this incident, I did not sleep well the following night of our stay as a result of being frightened of this occurance happening again. When I asked to speak to the manager the next morning, I was met with resistance and told to come back tomorrow, to only speak to a senior desk person, who couldn’t do anything about it. I am not the person to post reviews, but I am genuinely concerned about the service provided here, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone for its lack of guest safety and security. Please avoid at all costs.

My family and I stayed here 2yrs ago. And had a pleasant stay with our dogs. We chose it because it was pet-friendly THEN! But in July of 2024!!! The place is unkept. Grounds have not been cut in a while. The rooms were not clean. Crumbs on the floor and couches. Had to go back downstairs twice for a remote control for the television and bath towels. If you clean a room you check these things. A/C sounds like an old truck and the room has a very unpleasant smell. I know people keep dogs that's why we came. So get the carpet cleaned sometime. The pool area was not cleaned and the water was disgusting looking. What pool has no water pumping? This one "its a cement pond"Now the LaQuinta directly across the street is well-kept and maintained.Do not bring your dogs. Grounds are not kept up at all including dog poop everywhere.
