La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Holland - Hotel in South Holland - 610 Tollview Dr, USA

Terrible front desk worker. Charged 50% of my overnight price to check in at noon. The room was available. I can see if they don't have rooms and it's before checkout time, but I've never had a hotel charge me to check in at noon. The "early check-in," was half of my overnight price. There was construction noise throughout the day including in the morning. The only good quality was that the room was relatively clean. I would never stay here again.

Perfect room for me this is my second time staying here my first time was in may 2024 both times the room is clean and modern and the price is very good. The staff is very positive. This is my real review take care. Only one thing is the tv remote guide button may change the channel. I like everything

Positive: Nothing the place is under construction it has no outside sign Negative: The hotel doesn?t have an exterior sign. The entire place is under construction there are bulldozers and other utility vehicles on the property and all over the parking lots. The actual room was just old decor and pop sealing ceilings

Worst experience of my life. I’ll start with the reservations department, the gentleman was so sarcastic and unprofessional. He needs customer service training check in was even worse. The key would not work. We had to come back to the desk three times and bring the front desk clerk with us to get the door open the hotel was under construction, which was OK. The rooms were upgraded and looked very nice.. unfortunately, I left a item behind and called the hotel for a week to ask could they mail my item and offer to pay for postage I was told absolutely not! I asked to speak to the hotel manager and was told for a whole week that he was not in. Needless to say, I had to drive two hours to pick up my item if it wasn’t so expensive, I would have left it there. I have worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years and never experienced horrible customer service like I experienced at this property. Stay here at your own risk, but I refuse to patronize a company that could not mail a simple pair of pants back to a guest that spent money at their property.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel was under construction. They had large items sitting in the hallway of the rooms. The pool was also closed and this wasn't listed on the website. I would have booked else where if so.

Positive: The man at the front desk was nice and the tv options were plentiful. I¿m happy I didn¿t get bed bugs. Negative: There was rust in the bathtub. The fitted sheet had lost all the elasticity and no longer stretched. The lady the morning we checked out at the front desk was rude. She shouted what room when I came up and cut me off when I was trying to give her my key Negative: ""
