La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Silverthorne - Summit Co - Hotel in Silverthorne - 560 Silverthorne Ln, USA

This was such an easy place to book with and such an amazing location! The lady at the front desk dont know her name but she had like a blueish color hair is so nice and helpful. The pool was FULL of chlorine but so fun my son loved it! The rooms are very clean nothing to complain about. They even have breakfast in the morning! It was kinda more expensive then i wanted it to be but for the location and it being the weekend I totally get it. It was worth every dime! It's so close to everything! I would totally come here again!

A DUMP! The place is rundown, beat up, worn out, and poorly maintained. Hallway carpets are ripped. Concrete steps at the parking lot are crumbling. Handrail is rusted and broken - completely unsafe. Pool had no life preserver. Tiles were cracked, grout was missing. Hot tub had sand at the bottom. Used towels were overflowing in the containers. No clean towels were available. Several issues in my room: Bathroom sink was cracked and had a hole in it. Bathroom flooring was rippled. Towel rack was loose. Two tiny trash cans. Ripped, torn sheer curtain. Desk chair was so worn out that it reclined so bad that I almost fell backward out of the chair. Missing tray on the coffee maker - no ability to make coffee. No coffee/drink cups. Bed pillows were cheap, lumpy, obviously worn out. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Skid row quality at best.

The only good things about this hotel is that the staff was nice and the proximity to my event. Don't stay here; you'll regret it. There was hair all over my room, the towels were stained, the shower head was disgusting. If the bed hadn't been made, I wouldn't have thought the room had been "cleaned" at all.

The jacuzzi suite has 2 private balconies. Tub was super clean. Beautiful views. Greeted by very friendly staff. Someone did steal tacobell delivery but wasn't the businesses fault

I called 800 number for an online reservation for another hotel and was switched to a LaQuinta without being informed until I confirmed with payment. Told the reservation included a hot breakfast - the only hot item was a waffle machine. The toilet turned off and on about 3 times each minute making sleep impossible. I turned off the water supply to the toilet in my unit but noise was from an adjoining unit or above me, so noise continued. When I mentioned it to the front desk, he was rude. I cancelled the next 2 nights (it was a 3 night reservation.) He only charged for the one night... never again.

I would like a refund for an unpleasant stay! Upon arrival the door to our room was open and the hallways smelled gross! Dirty dirty dirty room! The sheets were stained! Thankfully I bring along my own blankets and towels but still this is bad! Its one thing for a place to be outdated but to be outdated and dirty!? Shut this place down and rebuild! There is probably mold everywhere! Staff was great but whoever inspects hotels really needs to take a look at this place! Being a La Quinta you would expect better than a Super 8 on a raunchy street but this is waaay worse! Save your money and book elsewhere for a comfortable stay! Stayed 1 night of my 2 because the next morning breakfast was a waffle! I wanted a warm breakfast not a waffle! And as I was getting ready to shower, the water or tub smelled of urine sooo bad I called it quits and spent my money on a different place to stay which was waay more comfortable for the same price!

This place is disgusting. Seriously, it looks like they never clean it. The hallways and stairwells look like they've never been vacuumed. It reeks of weed and smoke despite it being a "no smoking" hotel. Upon entering my room I noticed the carpets were still dirty and there was dirt in the corners. The "hardwood" flooring felt cheap and you could feel it move underneath you. Couldn't use my ac because it smelled like pot roast every time I turned it on. And I know it wasn't just my room because I could smell it in the hallways too. The first night my neighbor had their tv so loud I was woken from a dead sleep at 1am and could clearly hear what they were watching. Some action movie with Matthew McConaughey lol. The second night I woke up choking because smoke had filled my room from someone smoking in a room near me. I told the front desk and all he said was "we're a non smoking hotel but sometimes people break the rules." The rooms do a horrible job at blocking out noise because of the shared doors. On the last morning I could hear my neighbor face timing with his lady friend. Could hear dogs barking down the hallway and doors slamming at all hours of the night. In the three nights that I was there house keeping never came to my room. I left the "house keeping please" sign up and nothing. Breakfast was pretty gross. They leave at vat of milk out for the cereal for 3+ hours with no ice. Coffee is tasteless somehow. Overall I'd give this place a 1/10. And 1 only being because of it's close proximity to the mountains.

Terrible hotel and would not recommend staying. There for 3 days and all 3 days the hotel was dirty, our room was in disrepair and smelled bad. Flooring unstable, walls cracked and missing corners, wire sticking out missing outlet covers, mold in room and shower, carpet smelled bad when I sat on the floor. Went to the pool and no towels available and build up of crude in the hot tub. Breakfast was make it yourself waffles or cereal/ muffins. Never going again.
