Do not stay here!!!!!!!!Referred by a friend. She had gone there a week earlier and had a great experience. So I was excited about my stay. Initially everything was fine. Then by the end of day two are toilet stopped working. Now mind you we had been at the water park all day so we were pretty tired. I called the front desk and she informed me that maintenance had left for the day so nobody was there to fix it. I could either stay in the room and not have a working toilet or move rooms. So basically I had no choice but to move rooms at 11:00 at night. And I had two tired little girls that did not want to move. But we did. As soon as we got to the new room there was a weird smell in that room. My daughter with asthma pointed it out to me. I told her it was fine that it would go away once we got used to it. That was a mistake. She ended up having a pretty bad allergy attack from whatever was in the room. Also when I got in the room and moved my drinks and food over to the new mini fridge. That was broken as well there was water all in it because the freezer part was not longer frozen. When I went into the bathroom the vanity and the bathroom was cracked. Wi-Fi was terrible. But the staff up front was very nice. And checking in and checking out was very easy. But since we had to move rooms in the middle of the night and my daughter had an allergy attack and we had to leave early to go get her medicine. I would not stay there again. On top of all of that. I stayed there over a month ago and have been trying to contact the general manager at the hotel this whole time! I have left over seven messages and he refuses to call me back! Terrible customer service! And does not care about anyone that stays at his hotel obviously!

Overall we had a good overnight stay but the hotel is in need of a renovation and a deep cleaning. Everything is pretty old and one of the elevators didn’t work and the other was very slow. I also noticed the outer door to the stairs was not secure. ||On a positive note the staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

We total enjoyed this hotel. our extended family all picked this hotel. Pet Friendly, outside pool very satisfying, staff great, we did early check in and late check out. The beds and the pillows were GREAT. Also we were able to get into the Smoky Mountains easily. They have a breakfast that come with the room. We do not get up before 11am. We did not see that. Other family members did I believe..

I was in town for a high school graduation, but due to the volume of friends and family staying over, I decided on a hotel room within walking distance. I usually stay in 4- or 5-star hotels, but this 3-star experience was INCREDIBLE! Check-in took less than 5 minutes because all information was completed online via the hotel's precheck-in procedures. When I explained to the staff that me and my grandmother would be there each of my 5 nights, but perhaps an additional person or two may join some nights or for breakfast and that I would settle any additional charges, they said it was no problem and don't worry about it. The rooms were awesome because there was no carpet (I think carpets are gross in hotel rooms.). There was a large mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, iron and laundry service, among other amenities. The A/C and TV were easy to operate for my grandmother, which have her independence. There was a clean indoor pool with a jet spa area that my grandma and nephew enjoyed. There was also a beautiful outside pool. But the winner for me, being from the south but rarely getting back to the USA to visit was the hot breakfast that has options for everyone--from biscuits and gravy to fresh fruit and yogurt and everything in between, including a waffle and silver dollar pancake maker with regular and blueberry flavors. I've never stayed in a 3-star hotel of this calibre for a very affordable price. If there's ever no space at my sister's home when I visit, I'll be staying here!

Can’t complain too much, the room was as expected for the price payed. Room was decently cleaned, only complaint is that the floorboards and bathroom tub could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was very nice. No bed begs or any other insects were seen and the staff were all very kind.

Rooms were clean and tidy, also very well stocked with towels and tags and most important to me they had plenty of coffee and actual real liquid creamer in the room. The staff were very nice and the guy cooking breakfast was very nice and offered sausage and biscuits to us before we had to leave a while before breakfast is served. Definitely recommend this location to anyone coming here

Don’t stay here!!! It is an absolute dump. It’s disgusting. The room smelled, the toilet was broken the breakfast was disgusting and empty. The pice is incredibly high for such a trashy place. I would highly not recommend you stay here.

First night was good other than the a/c not ever getting down to 60° of what we set on the a/c. Rooms run HOT! ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. We ended up sleeping on the floor.. pillows/bedding feels damp due to humidity. Last full day here we had house keeping open the door without knocking tell her we DONT need services... not even 20 mins later a knock on the door. Another housekeeper tell her we don't need anything. This wouldn't be a big problem but we do have our dogs with us. If that first lady just walked into our room with us in it and something happened to her or to my dog it would be 100% on them! Now with it being my last day I feel like I can't even go to the parking lot without someone going to be opening my hotel room. Called the front desk no one answered... I'm so glad today is my last day being here. We were going to use this hotel more when we evacuate from storms but not after how the a/c is and the housekeepers just opening doors. Staff are nice. Pools look good inside pool is nice and warm. But yes rooms run HOT. Window A/Cs don't work to cool the room down at all. But they do ACCEPT CATS and DOGS!
