Noise *The AC is ancient models with noise like tractors. * The wall is very thin and you can hear noise from next door and hallway clearly. * Though not close to highway, the car noise can be heard at night. Service * no room clean during the stay unless you call to request. This was fine during Covid-days but they seem to find a new way to cut cost. * can’t keep promise. Guest can get booted out during paid lake checkout. Very unprofessional!!!!

This was a great hotel , our team stayed here and they were very accomodating and did a great job with everything. Will definitely stay here again. Check in and check out was super quick and efficient and the breakfast was decent and good quality of hot items, could use a few more fruit options but all in all great value and service and rooms.

My mom and I stayed here in September, 2023 for family related purposes. The wonderful people who work at this hotel have friendly and caring personalities, our room was clean, warm, modern, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Some of the delicious items to choose from included waffles that you can make yourself, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast style potatoes, protein, toast, yogurt, cereal and milk, juice, oatmeal, mini jellies and mini Nutella packs! There was a highschool soccer tournament group at the hotel, too. Lots of people but not loud. Walking distance to a shopping center area. We definitely will be happy to stay there again! Thank you Crystal, and the hotel manager and staff for your kindness and generosity.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. I understand that they do not turn down the rooms every day, with staffing shortages I have seen this becoming the standard in many hotels. My COMPLAINT is with the room. The couch/bed was very tattered and had STAINS on the cousins. The pullout bed was extremely UNCOMFORTABLE, even by pullout bed standards.

We stayed for several nights but they didn't tell us, until we checked in, that they only do room service every three days. Consequently, we ran out of clean towels, our trash was overflowing, and we ran out of coffee. When I went downstairs to the restaurant at 6:20 AM to get some coffee, it was still closed, even though the sign said it would be open at 6 AM. Although, everything else about the restaurant and their food and service turned out to be good at each visit. Not sure what the reason is for no room service, but this hotel seems very overpriced considering that aspect was lacking. Good job to the restaurant (except for being open late that one day), but the rest of the hotel service stunk. Sorry to have to report that. Yes, I know I can make my own bed, go downstairs and get coffee, and call the front desk to get towels or empty the trash, if needed. I just believe I shouldn't have to do all of that when I'm paying out that kind of money.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, good wifi, ample parking. My only complaint would be the room. The carpet had big stains as well as the couch in our room. The bed was comfortable.

Positive: The room size was great and so was the front desk clerk. The hotel lobby was updated and quite lovely in appearance. Negative: The room and hallways were dirty & dingy. There needs to be some serious repainting, cleaning and basic touch up work done. The walls and windows are thin! I could hear everything going on around me, inside and out.

Positive: Nothing Negative: We traveled all day when we got to the hotel from six to 8 o¿clock at night. They had a function in the parking lot with drum speeding for two hours. Management did not do anything about it. Poor experience.
