I really enjoyed my stay at this La Quinta! My room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the clean gym room, the fact that it had both a cable machine and various cardio equipment. The laundry facility in the lower level came very handy as well. There were all kinds of cozy seating areas peppered throughout, and they provided free water and coffee in the lobby area. Barry at the front desk was super nice and even gave us great local travel tips! Great location with fantastic restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and decent. The furnitures were old and cheap, you can tell it’s time for an upgrade. This was an old inn but overall the cleanliness was good. I love there was no parking and pet fee. However, don’t expect big breakfast. They don’t really offer one. I stayed here for few nights and the only staff that was helpful and super nice was Barry. Like the other reviews said, the other staff didn’t seem to like their job and it felt awkward seeing them. The location is great if you’re prepared to pay the toll road 520 a few bucks each time crossing it. If not, it’s double the miles to drive to downtown. Also, the room was super cold if you don’t constantly turn the heater on. Building insulation was bad.

The folks that work here are all extremely nice, at least everyone I met so far. I feel very at peace here. I think the loudest person here may be me. Really though, it’s completely quiet and utterly relaxed. The man who helps me at the front desk on a regular basis couldn’t be more hospitable. The rooms are good size a wonderful deal !!! I’ve paid $50 more for the same size room or smaller. It’s a little rough on the outside, (mainly old paint). The woman who took my reservation over the phone. She actually helped me to the point of a FREE early check in. Nobody is promised that I’m sure, it was terrible weather out and cold. She allowed her heart to help. This place is really like that. Well worth a little extra commute. What’s kindness worth these days...? I still can’t believe it’s as affordable as it is.

4.5 stars might be more accurate. We weren't blown away or anything, but we were really happy with our stay here. Front desk staff were really friendly and check-in was a breeze. The bed was comfy, walls must be reasonably well-built as we never heard anyone in the adjacent rooms, and the price was good for the area. We would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect hotel if you are in the area. The rooms are clean and updated, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I’ve never seen so many outlets in a hotel room before! No more searching for a place to plug your phone in! The location is also excellent. The area is wooded and it’s a block or less to the beginning of the Cross Kirkland Corridor trail which is also beautiful and worth the walk. Despite the pretty surroundings and ease of escaping away into quiet and wooded areas, you are also right on the interstate which will take you anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend it!

The good: The decor was lovely. The price was low. Parking was easy and plentiful. They took Covid protocols seriously. My pet was welcomed without any qualms. The room was exactly as pictured and came with a refrigerator and microwave. Cons: Our room smelled dirty, like the carpet needed shampooing, and was a bit dingy. The complimentary items, such as shampoo, coffee, etc were the cheapest of the cheap. The La Quinta website showed a breakfast bar with an assortment of items, but instead it was a choice of three items that were kept behind the front desk and doled out by the employees. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, the fruit of the day, and alternating packaged muffin or packaged waffles. (The fruit and pastry were not good quality and disappointing.) When we arrived, we were told that housekeeping wouldn’t come into our room due to Covid. This means that our room didn’t get vacuumed, our trash didn’t get emptied, our beds didn’t get made, and our towels didn’t get refreshed during our stay. Most of the people working at the front desk were weird, with an unkempt appearance and lacking the finesse you’d expect from someone in the hospitality industry. All in all, the hotel has potential if the management and corporate pays more attention to the details. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep, this place probably won’t kill you.

Room was fairly comfortable, and I appreciated having a recliner so I could put my feet up. Not enough pillows and no extra pillow or blanket in the closet . They can't say they currently offer a breakfast. You could get a piece of fruit and a very small yogurt, and that's basically it. Staff have to hand you the minimal food, yet the spoon, lid for your coffee, and the stirrers have to be grabbed by you which means people's fingers are likely touching the stuff which will be going in your mouth. *eyeroll* Your only option for a sweetener in the lobby (for coffee or tea) is sugar. When I asked about artificial stuff, the staff said "We're asked that all the time, but this is all we have." If you're asked for this "all the time" why not supply it? Not like it's expensive! Location is decent and convenient. Hallway on the 3rd floor was FREEZING. I needed my jacket any time I left my room. Thermostat in the room couldn't be lowered beyond 65. I like a chilly room, and there is too much traffic noise for me to leave the window open. Bathtub is small, and no bars or anything for people who might need some help with stability. Just an FYI. Toilet paper roll was under the sink cabinet which made it difficult to roll so would rip after 2 squares.

I'm not sure if people are getting paid to give this place a good review cause after reading some of them it makes me suspicious after my experience.... On that note, the room was fine besides it being obvious it was cleaned halfass, it seemed like they only had one housekeeper cleaning all rooms so I'm guessing that is why. Don't expect a full breakfast cause it is nonexistent, you get a bag of cold everything but they do have good hot coffee in the lobby. Also being charged over $3 for a candy bar or soda felt like being unexpectedly bent over... Free parking was nice!

I’ve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Dan’s gym at F3!
