La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Francisco Airport West - Hotel in Millbrae - 1390 El Camino Real, USA

We stayed here the night before flying out of the SFO. It was just a quick night stay but the property totally exceeded my expectations. First, we were surprised that our unit has a small full kitchen. If I had known that, I would stay longer LOL. The courtyard is just beautiful with lots of flowering trees. Very relaxing. Pool area is also very relaxing. Hit breakfast is great. My husband pigged out. ||||The shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning until 9 am and I’m the afternoon around 5 pm. It’s $7.99 a person (May need to pay tax on it). The timing didn’t work for us. So we just called a Uber. Very close to the airport. Will certainly stay again.

Website hasn't been updated. Expect $70 in Uber fees to go back and forth to SFO. Other than that, hotel was very nice, updated and quiet. Staff was terrific. Silly to require more text but I want to save anyone else the surprise and time -- I will call ahead to any "airport hotel" to confirm the amenities list is correct.

Excellent hôtel pour un transit de quelques heures. Les employés sont très aimables et chaleureux. Cependant, vous pourrez entendre le bruit des gens du dessus. De plus, j’ai trouvée des cheveux collés sur les murs de la salle de bain.

The place is newly renovated, clean and has large rooms available. Pool and fitness room is nice. The manager is great. The guy who does the breakfast is incredibly rude, hovers over you when you are getting your food. Seems to be an angry dude.

Vlad’s right. You don’t go to In-N-Out and get frustrated because they don’t have steak on the menu. It’s not luxury and is priced accordingly. The staff was super accommodating and warm on my recent stay, as my internal clock was still in Europe and I needed to crash early in a quiet room. Mine (on the top) was silent (though I do use a noise app, piped into a small Bluetooth speaker—this has saved my life). Upon entering there was for sure a cleaning smell; opening the window and door for a few minutes helped a lot. Sensory adaptation did too. My room was also exceptionally clean. It was also pretty big, with a very good bed and a small seating area. Big enough for two people to do yoga or, you know, whatever. The rain shower, hot and high-pressure, was a kind of heaven first thing in the morning. The lack of a pay-to-play shuttle didn’t bother me too much; Vlad’s right. The shuttle is kaput. No more shuttle. Buh bye. My taxi to was $22 and my Lyft from was $18. Vlad got fleeced.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel fin juillet 2023. C'est un très bon hôtel: |- il est proche de l'aéroport mais on n'entend aucun bruit d'avion la nuit (ni bruit de la rue). Hôtel calme. La literie est plutôt bonne. La chambre était très propre.|- le personnel est accueillant |- nous avons visité San Francisco sans voiture en rejoignant le BART (une sorte de RER) avec le bus ; il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel. Il faut compter environ 45 minutes pour rejoindre le Downtown San Francisco. |-nous n'avons pas testé la piscine|- très bon petit déjeuner

You do get what you pay for. Let me start by saying that there is NO shuttle to the airport -- that stopped in October '23 according to the staff. Chances are, you're looking at this because you expect there to be one. Taxi or Uber to/from the airport is quite expensive despite the proximity - I paid $35 for the Uber at night! The room is equipped with a loud AC/heater that blows directly at the bed. Had to turn it on because the amount of industrial Febreeze they spray (or pour?) in the room is just insane. One has got to wonder what kind of smells they're attempting to cover up. In my room, bathtub doesn't drain properly when taking a shower. Same thing with the sink. Room cleaning is by request, one day prior. Breakfast from 7am only in case you're taking an early flight.. Incredibly loud sound when someone in the room upstairs turns on water. Positives: genuinely great, friendly staff. There is a coffee machine in the room. Almost all buttons work on the TV remote...

Lovely little hotel, Victor was amazing at reception and Edi was brilliant at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, facilities great. Pool was nice. Nothing seemed too much trouble. |Had a lovely walk up to Chinatown and just chilled. However there is a mall 15 mins away by local bus.|Only stayed there 2 nights while waiting for my daughters flight. Very good location.|If I had one fault, their shuttle bus does not run in peak times, it’s $7.99 one way but only runs from 5am to 10am then 5pm to 10pm! My flight came in at noon, so had to get an Uber at $26.
