La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pocatello - Hotel in Pocatello - 1440 Bench Rd, USA

It is nice that pets are allowed here. Unfortunately our mattress was hard and our room was by very loud school kids (teenagers). We finally asked the kids to quiet down after midnight, and they responded. I just don’t know why we were placed near them. The hotel didn’t seem even near full.

Hotel is very nice and clean, close to restaurants, stores and gas stations. The staff was really nice as they kept everything really clean. Rooms were very comfortable and you really didn’t hear any noises from the other rooms. Breakfast was also really good. Pool and gym were a plus and kept clean. We wanted to stay another night and they were very helpful with that. Will definitely come back.

This is a very nice hotel. The check in and check out staff were polite and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the sink area was outside the bathroom, so hard to let my husband sleep while I got ready for the day. It's was a little noisy in the morning as there were two bus loads of high schoolers heading to a tournament, and the breakfast area was packed so we're skipped the breakfast.

Great location just off the interstate. A good value. Rooms were clean and stocked with Dove amenities. There was a fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer. The breakfast was good. Waffle makers with batter, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, bread and pastries. Didn't use the swimming pool but it was indoor and heated. Parking lot was icy, but that's Idaho winter. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. There is a small "market" at the front desk where you can buy snacks, drinks, and items you may have forgotten. Like dental floss. Did you remember to floss this morning? I didn't take any photos. This was the last day of our trip and I was too cold and tired to take any more photos.

Door handle on room door was broken. It has the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been on. I have never left a hotel in so much back pain. Hotel was not very clean. Stayed in several La Quintas but this one by far was the dirtiest I've ever been in ,Will never go back to this location.

We were on a family vacation. Hotel was reasonably priced . Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean no complaints. Breakfast was awesome! Kids loved the pool. Will definitely use them again!

If the only thing I was reviewing was the cleanliness and convenient location of the hotel it would get a five star. If I could give less than five stars for service I would. Within 30 minutes from the time we checked in, dropped off our bags, and got to our next location our credit cards had been stolen from our room and used fraudulently to make two very large purchases. When my wife called to talk to the general manager she was told that he was too busy to talk. The general manager never returned my her phone call and it's been over a week. Overall, it's a nice place to stay but be very careful!!!

The room was fully furnished. Even had a little fridge. The employees were very friendship. Clean and best of all, quiet. I also had my shitzu with me. Handy area for him to go potty. We stayed for 4 days.
