The entire staff was really nice and helpful! Room was bigger than expected and super clean! The location was very convenient and right off the highway! My billing was all correct during check out. They do have a deposit but thats at any hotel you go to. And yes it was returned back on my card!

Perfect location. Always greeted with great service from the front desk. Bob is very friendly and well mannered. Breakfast is great and plenty of equipment in the gym. This location will definitely be my go to when I’m in the area.

Location was great, it’s by a main road. The room was very large and spacious. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff were nice, but I didn’t interact with them much. Overall it was a great stay, we would definitely come back.

First off, the people who work here are so nice. We had a good experience at check in and check out. The breakfast was ok. I had eggs and sausage most of the time. The scrambled eggs kind of hurt my stomach but maybe I’m just sensitive. Here’s where the three stars come in-the pool and our room location. We were in room 107. As you enter the hotel, go left and right there is our room. Every morning we were woken up between the people at the breakfast area and the music. I know they can’t control the people but being woken up at 7am-ish every morning was a rough way to enjoy a vacation. I have posted some pictures of the rooms. They are nice but our lamp shade had dents in them and the picture over the toilet was shattered. I was kind of surprised they didn’t replace that before the next guest came in but maybe they were on order and, I mean, they can’t just not rent out a room because of cosmetic reasons. Now the pool. I think that area needs a little tlc. The sign says pool and spa but it’s just a very cold pool that needs some serious scrubbing on the bottom. It was gross. I mentioned something to house keeping but there was a little bit of a language barrier and I dropped it. I went and mentioned it to someone at the desk and they said they would let management know so I think it will be resolved.

Room was very clean, King bed was very comfortable, bed sits up high so was easily accessible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was a nice size with microwave and refrigerator.

Just like so many of the other reviews in here I too was double charged. I booked 3 nights and prepaid. When I arrived I was told they would need a card for incidentals and there would be a 50$ hold put on my card until I checked out. OK no problem. That's standard. I woke up the next morning with 3 charges. 1 for the $50, 1 for $45, and one for the cost of the room. I went and spoke with the front desk guy and he said he doesn't know why their system does that but that it should go back on in a few days. We'll fast forward to the next day and I wake up to a second room charge. So by this point I've been charged over $300 that I should not have been charged. This is on top of already pre-paying for the 3 night. I am still battling with them to get my money back. I would suggest to never stay here and if you have to out of necessity then pay per night. If you prepay you will still be charged each day. Ridiculous

we stayed here and used our reward points for the room. when we checked out our credit card was charged the full room amount also. we only agreed to the incidentals being charged to our card. was told that this was hotel policy, but have never had this happen at any other Wyndham. we will never stay here again!!!!!!

Positive: Convenient location, quiet for as busy as the area is... Negative: My room had 3 maintenance issues that were easy to fix: open a vent, replace a light bulb, hang up a curtain properly. Management noted the issues but didn't bother fixing, made the place seem run down and shabby. Negative: ""
