La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Franklin - Hotel in Franklin - 4207 Franklin Commons Ct, USA

The location and indoor pool was very nice. They were doing a remodel and the restyled room was nice. Unfortunately it was dirty from the last person in it. Floor was not vacuumed, hair in shower and on bathroom floor. A large yellow stain was very visible on the white comforter. Breakfast was forgettable with mainly carbs and sugars. Only protein was cold hard boiled eggs. The front counter service was decent. Overall if you get a clean room and don’t care about breakfast it’s an okay place to stay.

They are doing renovations but the beds are extremely comfortable! If you are a pet owner this hotel is a must! I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and they truly love their dogs! They give them treats! The staff is so kind and amazing and I would 100% stay here again! We were down cleaning here from the tornado and they’ve have been so accommodating!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely enjoyed every single day! The staff is amazing! They're all so kind and helpful. Location is great! I felt safe with my two young children. Rooms are newly remodeled and feel very cozy. The beds are very comfortable! They are actively remodeling still but that doesn't happen overnight and they're doing a great job! The elevator button was broke in the beginning of our stay and they fixed that very promptly. I do wish there was a bigger choice of proteins for breakfast but I loved the waffle makers!

Should 🚫 have even been put in the room that we were in. It was 🚫 ready. 🚫 inspected. Didn't even have a refrigerator in there. Bathroom was 🚫 cleaned Long black women's hair in the shower. They did 🚫 inspect the microwave, as we found somebody's leftover chicken in there. Lobby air conditioners we're 🚫 up to par It was hot and humid in there

Staff is so rude & forceful. Attitudes galore. Elevator smells like a dead rat at all hours of the night & day; they won’t do anything about it. The doors for the rooms weren’t up to code when inspected so they demand to get inside, which is understandable in a way, except for the hours they choose… either 9pm or 9am. Very rude and demanding, several of them. Breakfast is only waffles. Coffee is so gross. Just keep those things in mind. Rooms are renovated, better than pictures show. Just make sure you love the smell of dead rats in the elevator in order to get to your renovated room.

A newly renovated hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean and there was a good selection for breakfast. Pool was clean and everything worked great my family loved it. I had no problems I would definitely go again it was a very comfortable stay.

Positive: Pool was open Negative: Cleanliness, for example the outside of my toilet was never cleaned and was stained. One of our rooms was missing both trashcans, we asked twice and was never given one. It may have been in the hallway collecting water from a visible ceiling leak.

This is a no go, despite the location’s proximity to I-65. This was by far the filthiest place I have ever stayed. Thankfully, I had a big supply of Lysol wipes to clean up cereal, as well as human and dog hair covering the bed’s platform because I was too tired to keep going with an exhausted grandchild. Counters/desk had stains and sticky substances that also had to be cleaned. No soap in room. No coffee cups. Linens were threadbare. Breakfast consisted of coffee, bananas and syrup for nonexistent waffles. Reviews weren’t accurate.
