This whole hotel smelled like animal urine, but our room smelled especially awful reeking of cat urine. The carpet was filthy and felt dirty when we walked on it. The pillows were really old and very uncomfortable. When I called the front desk to ask for more pillows, I was told they did not have any extra pillows in the entire hotel. So now my neck and back hurt. In the morning the breakfast offered was totally unappetizing, the coffee was bad and they only offer powdered creamer. I think this particular location really needs new management and at the very least a total retaining of the staff.

So the photos of the outside need to be updated, cause it looks like a brand new hotel now. But when you get in your room it’s motel 6 just a lil better. The bed is very old not firm, it just feels like an old mattress. I hope they still renovating, cause the hallways and door needs improvement. It will do for two nights. UPDATE!!!! Ok so I moved into a better room. I’m more comfortable now if you book get double beds it seems like it’s more up to date then king beds. They get extra star because they help with the situation.

As soon as we entered our room it reeked of smoke, even though it was supposed to be smoke free. There was a large stain on the comforter, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned (hair in the drain/ on the shower walls, and there was mold (See pics). Positives: the air conditioner worked great and it was located next to the mall and several restaurants.

I stayed here for one night with my dog passing through on a road trip. It was acceptably clean and comfortable but not great. There are lots of chain restaurants around it that are convenient for grabbing food quickly. The customer service isn't great - there was no one at the desk for quite a while when I needed to check in and they were not friendly when they came back. I was charged the incidentals fee for no reason and when I tried to call to get it fixed they first immediately hung up without saying hello and the second time told me to call back in the evening when the 'person in charge' would be around. I wouldn't stay here again but it is a safe, acceptable option if needed.

This place was a dump! We pulled up and there was some gross guy with no shirt on smoking a cigarette and staring us down. (Mind you we are moving across country with vehicles filled with our belongings.) it’s not in the best part of town. There was a strong stench as soon as you enter the hotel. Then when we got to our room, there was what looked like fresh blood on our sheets. Absolutely disgusting! We brought our sheets that we had packed in our car and slept on those. I may burn them when we get to where we’re going. There were only 3 towels provided but there were 4 of us in the room. The tv kept going in and out and was spotty. Pool was not working (not that I’d ever go out to the cage it’s in and swim in it). Breakfast was not good. No real creamer, just the powdered stuff. Juice machine was broken. The pancake machine thing was the best thing at this hotel, in addition to the breakfast attendant who seemed very on top of things. Needless to say, we could not wait to get back on the road in the morning.

There are plenty of other hotels in the area, avoid this one. - Front Desk Staff are not aware of the ADA regulations regarding service animals. - Front Desk Staff was aggressive, unwelcoming, and rude. - Cleanliness was horrible the room smelled like throw-up, there were yellow and brown spots on the sheets, hair was on the toilet and in the shower. - Housekeeping came in 3 times while we were sleeping way before check-out - Housekeeping was loud they were standing outside the door conversing from 7am- 11am (Check-out) we didn’t get much rest.

I'll preface with the fact I've stayed a few times at this location. The first time we did not check in as the front desk was demanding documentation for our service animals despite informing the individual that they cannot legally do so, and showing proof from ADA/HIPPA protection. After a long day on the road with kids, I was not about to unpack the uhual to prove my point. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton around the corner. Second trip, no issues checking in with the animals. The room had a cat urine odor mixed with smoke which they accommodated to move rooms. Third trip, upon checking in I was informed that the unit type reserved was overbooked and we would be placed in something comparable. I requested an upgrade and the guy at the front obliged; I even offered to pay to upgrade. "No problem, it's on us" was the answer. Side note, my spouse is pregnant and we have a toddler, both of which need their SA. Entering the room and loaded with baggage it was very clear we did not get the upgrade. In fact, I paid more than the advertised rate directly from their website for the double bed. The resolution was, "We'll refund the money and you could stay elsewhere bc I did upgrade you." These trips are spread across a 12 month period. Overall, the hallway always smells like piss and smoke but the rooms host a different unpleasant odor. The amenities have been "closed for remodeling" each trip. The breakfast and staff their are really the only consistent positive. All things considered, strike three in my book.

When we checked in everything seemed to be fine, but when I took a shower in the facility the handle fell off with water running in the room. The phone was disconnected so we had to go downstairs to the front desk. When I told the receptionist that the handle broke off, she didn't seem to care, but when I stated that water was still running that's when she sprang into action. She went to turn the water off and while she was doing that she called her coworker because she had no idea what to do. She had one of the guests fix the handle for her, while she directed them as to what her coworker was saying. Water was still running. She told us we could move rooms, and when we did there was a blood stain on the floor, as well as towels stained with yellow residue (pictures included). After this, we called La Quinta customer service to ask what the refund policy was. The customer service agent then put us on the line with the front desk person who then told us to "Use some logic" and if we "wanted to stay in the old room and fix the broken handle ourselves". We felt extremely uncomfortable staying there for the night and left as soon as we could in the morning.

I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to

The room was very clean. The front desk clerks were friendly, and the turkey sausage at breakfast was awesome. Easy access to the freeway. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
