I've stayed here on and off for the last several months, totalling almost 7 weeks at this hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing. Nora and Addy are extremely helpful and make our stays so much easier. The rooms are clean. The breakfast in the morning is enough to get our crew going for the day, eggs, biscuits/gravy, potatoes. To top it off they serve cookies daily at 7pm. Who doesn't like cookies.... Highly recommend. A big shout out to Nora and Addy, you guys are amazing and I appreciate you two!

When I travel, I want two things. One is a clean room. The second is a quiet room. And this had both plus so much more! The staff was so friendly and helpful at check-in and departure. I stayed for three mornings, and the breakfasts were very good and varied. The hallways were quiet and the layout is really a beautiful building. I recommend this to anybody who travels to the Moscow area. I do a lot of my work at the desk area in the evenings, and the lighting at the desk area was excellent and there were plenty of charging ports and USB plugs for recharging.

Website states there was a renovation in 2023. The lobby breakfast area was still under wall tiling construction (which is fine), otherwise the lobby was great. The room was musty so I went to open the window--the encasement around the window was dirty, moldy, had peeling paint and the screen was bent open so bug could get in--so we had to put up with the smell. The room/bathroom just didn't feel clean. There wasn't one staff person we encountered that was even the least bit interactive or friendly--it was not a welcoming experience. The free wifi was a joke--no more than 2 bars the entire time. Paid over $200 for the room, and I'd never choose to stay at this hotel ever again.

Nice hotel offering a decent rate if booked online. Pet friendly. Comfy King bed. Staff was super friendly. Room was quiet. Ice machine worked. Yay! The only negative was breakfast. I didn't expect much because these chain hotel breakfasts are mostly disappointing.

We were given a room already occupied with someone in it. How horrible to walk in on someone. The breakfast was terrible. No coffee, no eggs, then when they came out, they were burnt eggs, cold sausage, broken lid in gravy, no milk. Yogurt would have been nice to have. A considerable discount would have been nice. All we got was our AARP discount. WAY OVER PRICED.... not again unless major changes are made.

This is the 80th hotel I've reviewed in the last 18 months. I was hoping for so much more with this milestone. Let's get on with it. Rooms- Good layout plenty of room for work. Bed was comfortable and not short sheeted. No issues with the cleanliness. Shower head was poor at best. No pressure and when pulling up the shower knob it screeched so bad you almost couldn't hear yourself. Internet service was pathetic. At times I was unable to use my laptop for work. TV has network issues later in the evening. Hotel layout- Looks pretty impressive when you come in and they have a "grand" staircase. Then you realize that if you use the elevator you can't get to rooms 210-215 without walking completely around the floor. Location- a little off the beaten path but close to several places to eat and Wally world. You can get to the main road with little problems. Service- About normal. The reason for the one star is totally about breakfast. We stayed two days and both days they ran out of food. The attendant on the first day was washing pans instead of filling the trays. I mean how do you run out of yogurt? The second day the hotel was busy but that's an internal issue. We came down at 8:15 and again no eggs, four biscuits, no yogurt, and no coffee. Why didn't someone tell the attendant to increase what they were making based on the capacity? I will look to stay at another location that I've reviewed with better results.

The first night/full day we were there was decent. The front desk receptionist was nice and accommodating. The room was not completely cleaned however, there was a candy wrapper left on the floor of the bathroom, the tub was either not cleaned or stained and the surfaces near the bed did not look clean. There was a stain on the carpet and holes in the curtains. Also, no fan in the bathroom (which I will never understand if you want to prevent mold growth). Breakfast was okay the first day- egg scramble with green peppers and what looked like hot dogs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. The second day, the orange juice was extremely watered down and it seemed like the staff was having a hard time keeping food stocked, which was understandable since it was a Saturday. Overall, we appreciated the customer service and amenities offered. The cleanliness could have been better. Would stay here again if needed.

I recently stayed here for two nights and was really disappointed overall. The location was good, within walking distance to Walmart and close driving distance to the college, but that was the only good thing. The room felt dirty. The tub was discolored at the bottom, there was a chunk of wood missing from the vanity, the chair had some white substance on it, the bathroom sink drained SO slow and had visible grime around the drain. The pool water was cloudy and the hot tub had visible broken tiles, so needless to say we didn’t swim. The hotel had hot breakfast included, but I’ve had better. The first morning, they served cold biscuits and cold gravy. The staff were mostly friendly. Overall, I would never stay here again and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone else.
