BEING RENOVATED AS OF 01/02/24. First stay—Stayed for a brief night on our cross country trip with the dog mid December and it was a good stay. Good breakfast. Clean room. Quiet and pet friendly room was all i could ask for. They were starting renovations but the service was prompt and they accommodated us with a room even though most pet friendly rooms were under construction. Not very clean in common areas but I imagine that is due to the focus on renovation. Second attempt—When we stopped by on our way back after Christmas they turned us away saying they could not accommodate us with a dog because all of their pet friendly rooms were under renovation. There were MAYBE two cars in the parking lot (besides the maintenance vehicles). Seemed more like he was trying to get rid of us than that they actually didn’t have space for us…

Service was really great at the front desk. Our room wasn't very clean. Tub had hair and dirt in it when we arrived. Cob webs that I could spot in the room. Got bit by a spider 3 times before we checked out. Stayed for 6 days and the options for breakfast didn't change once. Usually you get different options different days but when you're traveling for a week for Thanksgiving at that, I expect different options for 6 days in row. I would not recommend staying here.

The front desk lady, Karen, will disrespect you, yell at you (she yelled so much she didn't have voice the next day!) threaten to kick you out, and (most importantly) charge you RIDICULOUS charges that you NEVER approve, and then act like she didn't do anything wrong. My mother died and we stayed here 24 days. Within that time, I was charged more than 500 dollars by her without my permission. She acted like is was no big deal. Just "oops." To navigate the HOTEL'S error, we took take out loans in the middle of crisis to fix Karen's mess and then she did it a SECOND TIME! Impressive! Right? And Zina, "the manager," acted like it's no big thing. "Here's 10,000 points, our bad! Sorry." While I'm literally still waiting for the MONEY to be returned. DO NOT STAY HERE. You'll regret it.

Very clean, quite (despite being near the AFB) & great location with easy freeway access & multiple restaurants within walking distance. Front desk agents were all friendly & helpful. Multiple pet friendly areas. We had issues with getting most channels to work on the TV. A new room was offered for the inconvenience. However, we declined because that would have just been a hassle for us. The room had multiple full length mirrors & the closest was hidden behind one of them. Highly recommend this hotel!! Have already booked my next stay for my return trip home.

Positive: The location is right off the freeway, which makes it easier to locate. Plus it is just a couple of miles from my daughter's house. Negative: I slept on a king-sized sized it was not comfortable (very hard) the padding kept on bunching up during the night. And the pillows were too soft for my liking.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. With that being said my room had dried urine on the toilet seat, something splattered all over the curtains and old food and and a soda left in the refrigerator which had leaked all over. I had to go down and ask for cleaning supplies which the clerk supplied.

Recommend this hotel. Nothing but great service from checking in, breakfast, cleanness of the room. The pet area was well maintained and the outside area was well kept. I would stay there again if in OKC area again.

We stayed 1 night on a road trip and it was fine. Just a fine and regular experience. We had a room on the bottom floor near the exit - it was just a little bit loud from people going through doors and moving in the hallway, but it was clean and the price is right.
