The hotel is very rundown and our first clue should have been the moment we were greeted in the parking lot with construction workers drinking beer and having a tail gate party! I mentioned it to the front desk and was told and I quote “we cannot control what someone does in the parking lot” I was quick to advise that the parking lot was hotel property and she could contact the local police! Next we were given our keys and the moment we exited the elevator we were met with a strong odor of weed and with carpet soiled beyond belief then came the room which was masked with popurrí to disguise the smell of pet urine! I quickly retrieved my belongings went downstairs and obtained a full refund! Buyer beware this is worse than a 1 star hotel do not stay here!!!!

I was not pleased with the set up in the room. No hot water just warm for the shower. The sink is literally outside the bathroom and next to the entrance door. Which should be in the bathroom.Very small television set, also no cable they have satellite here, when the weather was bad outside we had no television to watch. The breakfast was not what I'm used to as far as breakfast. The only good thing about the breakfast was their waffles. They serve no type of meat, boil eggs, cold cereal, bagels, and toast. I would have preferred to have hot breakfast something with meat, hot oatmeal, Hot grits, scrambled eggs, cheese. The staff showed excellent customer service. Housekeeping has to be requested the night before in order to get it the next day that should not be.

My AC broke and the temperature inside my house was 90 degrees even with windows open. That’s the only reason I came to this hotel but it was a mistake. It was disgusting. The carpet was moldy and wet, and there were little roaches. It was so bad. We couldn’t stay, I was in there 30 minutes and then left to my moms and slept on the floor. I’ve never been so relieved in my life. Don’t stay here.

Don't be deceived by the pictures online. Those were taken a zillion years ago... The room we rented: -dirty hallway rug -bathroom needs repairs -room and bathroom need a thorough cleaning -room smells like humidity -weed smell in the hallway The building looks quite good on the outside, but room and bathroom are not what they have posted online. Be aware and don't be deceived.

The hotel was in a nice location and served its purpose for the short time that I was there. The room was really dusty and the shower could use a total update. The room was okay the ac units could also get an update. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was very little to select from! 😤. I’m use to staying at Hilton / Embassy Suites. For the price per night I would stick to Hilton next time.

He jumped a few times to get it started Smoke detector in my room started beeping every other minute. Staff solution, remove the smoke detector. Lord God, I trust you. Too far from anything not retirement related. Some language issues with staff. So get your Spanish vocabulary up for words like- a bath cloth, towels, soap. Just because you use or have a soft voice, that doesn’t make you friendly staff. No means no.

Seriously, I couldn't have chosen a better property to stay at to recoup after my surgical procedure. It was clean it was quiet nice beds friendly staff great breakfast. I can't believe the low rating reviews that I see on this hotel because they are false. There's no bugs there's no filth it was a really nice property and I'm very picky about where I stay
