The service is also excellent . They just need to take the rugs out of the rooms in order to reduce moisture due to the humidity and air conditioning. They have improved the over quantity and condition of the rooms. I have noticed that have added new room furniture and fixed any holes or patches in the walls from normal wear and tear . They are improving and the staff is professional and very friendly! Keep up the improvement

The 1st room Smelled like mildew, so bad I asked to be moved to another room. The staff member was accommodating and friendly Furniture needs to be updated. Lamp had rust on them. I was thankful no bed bugs were found.

We showed up at this hotel and it does NOT appear as it does in photos. Our room was very humid and smelled and felt like there was a large amount of moisture present in the room. Upon seeing the state of the hotel, we decided to check the beds. I found evidence of bed bugs and decided to leave at that moment. It's been over a week now and they still have not given us a refund. We are told the manager has to refund us, but has not been in the hotel in over a week. Everytime we call, we get another excuse about why we cant get our money back. They did not act surprised about bed bugs, nor did they offer anything beyond "yeah sorry." This is a terrible hotel. Avoid at all costs. ​​

Traveler beware!!! The desk staff was nice but the rooms are not. Our first room didn’t have a working main light leaving us with 2 small very yellow lights. Desk staff happily moved us a few rooms down with no issues. Main light worked and we were lucky to have 3 working lamps as well. Small room that smelled of mildew all night!! The bedspread had a big stain across it so we removed it, towels had holes in them, the carpet felt damp and the lamps were all rusted!!

It's a smoke free facility but the staff smokes at the front door and there were cigarette butts at the front door. The beds move easily when trying to sit down. WiFi is horrible. The best part of the stay was the 3 ladies that went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my special needs granddaughter when our power went out at home. Kudos to Jennifer, Jami and Crystal. They made our stay VERY welcoming.

Positive: The price Negative: The first room that I was assigned has mold/mildew on the mattress. The lighting in the room was so poor until I could hardly see anything. The room didn't feel clean at all.

This was the worst Wyndham hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived and checked out we have to wait because there was not an Adult at the desk the little boy told us he worked there and how could he help us. The bed sheets were nasty the room smelled mildew led and I had to kill a roach in my room. The front desk lady by the name of Mandy we very nice but that was it.
