La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manchester - Hotel in Manchester - 120 Hospitality Blvd, USA

New hotel. Friendly staff. They offer breakfast in the morning, not a full buffet but all the breakfast basics. The dining area is clean and well maintained. The rooms are constantly being cleaned. Never had to ask for towels. For this price point one of the best hotels you could stay at.

So contrary to what a previous person posted about to the cops being called I was a guest here and was arriving after midnight and there were two vehicles sitting in the parking lot for a good amount of time and I was getting off of work and was leery about walking in alone but the front desk attendant was already on point and had taken security measures that she felt were necessary and I've been here two whole months of training here in a new city where I'm all alone and when I needed medical attention they didn't miss a beat. So outstanding jobs to everyone here. I have felt not so alone thanks to you guys 😊

I chose this hotel for my wedding room block (reserved around 65 rooms) all the staff I worked with (specifically Jubilee) were very attentive and helpful. The staff at the front desk were nice and accommodating when I asked if they could pass out gift bags I made to each guest when they check in. They even typed up a welcome sign for our guests and had it at the front desk. We mainly used the patio and lobby to hang out in and they were both clean and new. Rooms were nice. Overall great place!

I was driving from Illinois to Florida and this is a halfway point. I was exhausted so I picked this hotel. First thing I noticed walking in it. It was very clean and newly remodeled. Then I met Jane at the front desk. I told her I had two small dogs and she was very sweet and helpful. I then asked her if she knew any places that delivered because it was late and she pulled out a list and went over all the places that delivered. Amazing Customer service and beautiful hotel. Also room is very clean and newly remodeled will definitely stay here again.

We travel with our dog so often stay at LaQuintas - which vary widely across the US. The Manchester location seemed very new and was very clean. The grounds for pet-walking were limited but poop bags were provided (thank you!). The lobby, as well as our room, were very spacious and wonderfully clean. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare - would appreciate fresh fruit and yogurt. The reception staff suggested dinner at Kami Sushi & Asian Kitchen - unexpectedly wonderful! ||As always, I would welcome recycling in the rooms!

We chose this location as an alternative to another La Quinta we've used as our stop from our Florida trip Northbound. The good news is that this will be our new choice for our stop as the facility and staff were so much more pleasant, efficient and helpful.|The bad news is that upon arrival there was a tornado warning and the property lost all their power. Nevertheless, Jennifer went above and beyond to help get us into a room and assist with our needs and requests. In addition, the clerk in the morning ran out to our car to give us an updated receipt.|The facility is new and clean and the staff was very kind and helpful

Everything SEEMED fine, as it's a brand new nice hotel from the outside. Half the ground floor being closed for repairs, and the one elevator's service entrance not working already should have been a warning... We're a simple family, that needed a simple, comfortable and clean room to quickly hit the sheets after a long day on the road. My parents quickly did so after dinner, for me, it included sitting in a necessary hot shower as I'm fully disabled w/back problems. I did so half-awake and went to bed... Woke up to realize, looking at the side of said tub, that I had been sitting/showering in filth. I was understandably disgusted, and informed the front desk... Mr. Mitsul decided to immediately blame said reddish/brown staining, on the tub WALL, on myself, who only used white Dove soap the evening prior; stating, "well, it looks like someone already showered in there" So, he ALSO DIDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINT... But as I informed Mr. Mitsul while walking away as he wished to argue, the American Disability Act certainly will.... I tried to handle this peacefully, even to not involve my parents as it would only upset them... Mr. Mitsul, your customer service completely screwed That opportunity up for your business, and apparently I'm not the only one in the incredibly short time you have been open. (Also refused to give me his hotel's location number...) Note to Business (after reading other reviews): Any negative actions taken as a result of my complaint/review WILL be considered And reported to the ADA as direct retaliation in addition to the initial complaint.

I have stayed here for work since early March. Jennifer, Jane and Melissa as well as the other staff to include the owner have all been wonderful. I will miss them as they became my friends away from home. Very clean, safe, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Their hospitality goes above and beyond. I will definitely stay here again in the future!
