La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lancaster - Hotel in Ronks - 25 Eastbrook Rd, USA

Everyone was very happy nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and the staff went the extra step to help out. Pet friendly with lots of space to let your dog or dogs run around. There is a beautiful amish farm right behind the hotel selling fresh fruit and vegetables, along with pumpkins do to the season. Hopefully the pool will be up and running when you get here but everything needs service at some point. Lots of things close by for the family to do. You would need a long vacation to do even half of the activities that are around. Hope this was helpful to someone.

Great location, right near everything. I was happy to bring my dogs, the rooms were spacious enough for my 2 big dogs to move around. They had a nice area to walk the dogs with poop stations. The breakfast was okay it was enough to get me through to lunch. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool being closed. We stayed for 4 days and the pool was closed for repairs the entire time. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool.

We just stayed there and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We loved that it was a pet friendly hotel and they even give the doggies treats. The front desk employees are very kind and helpful. The manager Tiffany is just wonderful and makes you feel at home. We will definitely be staying there again and recommending to our friends.

The hotel was very clean. The staff members were all professional and accommodating. I never really eat the continental breakfasts but this time I did and it was really good. A great experience for my family and I.

Our room was clean, the shower was hot, breakfast was good, and the beds were comfy. Excellent location and will be back when in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay. Oh! Totally forgot, the front desk staff could not have been more friendly. It truly was a great choice for us.

We stayed this past week. Room 308. I loved the desk clerk, and the dietary girls I loved. Walked down the same hall every day for four days stepping on the coffee spots than no one washed. Did not care as much about that than I did about our room. There was a leaf on the rug stayed four days still there. Our sheets were never changed, even thou I pointed out they were inside out and we had gotten blood on the sheet first night. Also first night I wrote dust me on a lamp, still there when we left. So housekeeping isn’t there anymore. So if cleanliness is important I would say this isn’t the place for you. I even pointed it out to the head of housekeeping writing them a note no response.

Love the Inn, we stay there for at least 3 days every november for the last 3 years, never had a problem. Unfortunately this last stay was a little disappointing. The room was clean but the problem was the chemical smell was so bad that my wife who has very bad asthma started to get an asthma attack and the chemical smell started to get to me also. At around 11:30 that night we couldnt take the smell anymore so I went down to the front desk. I spoke with the night manager Ed, he told me that they were booked, he gave me the key to another room to check out because he wasn't sure if it was clean. Check out the room and it was clean except for the bed which was striped but wasn't made. I went back and spoke with Ed about the room, he took it upon himself to personally bring up fresh bedding and proceeded to make the bed. My wife and I love the Hotel and continue to go back every year but the next time we will definitely check the room for chemical smell before we take the room. Now about the night manager Ed, that man needs a raise, he went over and above to make sure my wife and I were being taken care of, this review wouldn't have been that good if it wasn't for him. Way to go Ed!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The desk attendant printed up my show tickets I had left at home. The location was perfect to attend the shows. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Lancaster Pa.
