Great experience! The staff was very sweet and helpful! Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast, decent amount of options! Pool was clean! Overall great hotel for the price! I will be using this hotel if I find myself in Westlake again!

The hotel was nice and it is pet friendly. However when we checked in we had to walk around looking for staff, they were outside at the back hotel smoking. Then all night you can hear everything from people talking to the tapping in the wall. I had to turn tv on to drown out the noise. I got no sleep.

This property is one of the worse logging experiences I have ever had. Mold, poor lien quality, unclean bathrooms. I wouldn't wash my car with the towels. I usually have better stays with this hotel line.

A great experience. Rooms were clean. No orders. Bed comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area clean. Breakfast is your usual hotel breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice. All cooked very well. Service great.

Room and common areas were nice and clean. Check-in was prompt. I think the front desk was short-handed because one girl seemed to be running around do I ng everything, but she did it with a smile. The breakfast was good... the usual sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc. It was hot and kept supplied. My only complaint was the elevator was slow and could have used some attention. I was concerned that it would break down and the pool could have used some attention. There were around 20 leaves on the bottom and the water was a little cloudy. It was convenient to I-10 and easy to find. I would stay there again.

Me and my family walked in and were greeted as royalty. Desk clerks are very nice and checked us in a room on 1st floor. Our room was nicely prepared with a sweet welcome note from housekeeping. Kids and I enjoyed the pool and had a great time. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Lake Charles from here on.

The room appears to have foundation issues. You could feel the unevenness of the floor as you walked around. The elevator either wasn't working or took an extremely long time to get from floor to floor. The hotel is only 3 floors. The trash cans by the entrance were both overflowing with trash. Don't bother with eating breakfast at the hotel, stale biscuits, and not many other options. Sign will say they charge you if you don't eat in the lobby, can't take food to your room. I'd recommend staying closer to the casinos and other attractions if possible

They took my deposit and accused me of smoking in the room. If you go to the casinos make sure to spray yourself completely down with something strong, because they'll use that excuse to take your money. Neither my husband nor I smoked in that room, yet they wouldn't even hear a word we said.
