La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson/Cape Girardeau - Hotel in Jackson - 3003 S Old Orchard Rd, USA

As we had planned our daughter's birthday party, the guest list added up, we have a very large family. They are very well known in the community. We were treated so respectful, no matter how rambunctious they had gotten. We were given any extra accommodations and all the linens we needed were fresh and waiting for us as we asked for them. The pool time was wild, and they still showed us the 5 star guest treatment. Even the night shift staff was accommodating and very experienced. Breakfast was waiting hot and fresh in the morning as we got ready to leave. I'd say this is one of the very best , and most accommodating hotels we have been to with our girls. Thank you La Quinta Inn and Suites. We appreciate your hospitality. You have a beautiful location that's very well maintained.

I only stayed for one night(Friday) at $142 or 145. I gave it a five star for what I needed it for. My wife did find a hair on the pillow. I didn't use the service, I didn’t eat the breakfast but I location was perfect for me wanting to get back on the highway quickly. Take my review lightly but I think it is a good choice.

All LaQuintas do well for us, as we travel with a hound and they are all pet-friendly. This one was particularly good: pleasant, efficient people; clean room with everything working; good fresh breakfast with a good assortment; and easy online registration and checkout with emailed links for both. |(Note: When the email says “check-in” it means registration: address, car details, etc. You still have to show ID & payment card and sign in at the desk when you pick up your keys.)||Internet was fast and every thing we used was excellent.

I travel over 150 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. Check in went smoothly as i reserve in the Wyndham app. My room, a second floor king, was very clean, with a comfortable bed/ pillows and newer fixtures. Room access is via an interior door. The hallways and room smelled great. WiFi speed was 75.9 megs down, 25.22 up via Ookla. All of the normal amenities were in place, such as the microwave, small refrigerator and single serve coffee maker. The hotel has 2 luggage carts. My digital AC/heater worked well and has a wall control. The television had a good selection of channels but a good picture. The breakfast area and lobby were very clean. No snack and drink machines on any floor, only a small convenience area on the first floor. There is also a fitness center and business center available. Great staff and awesome rooms, I would certainly stay here if in the area in the future.

We recently stayed at this hotel. Your front desk attendant Jaydon was the absolute sweetest young man!! He made the check-in memorable!! We, my sisters and I, talked to him for quite awhile. The rooms were very nice and the a/c was fantastic. I also love how you think about the other guests and close you lobby and pool area at 10pm. I highly recommend this hotel.

Short stay but we really had a clean enjoyable night. Clean room and breakfast was good.✅ Did have a run around trying to check in early for a wedding. The price was outrageous for a one night stay with the dog was 294.00.

We stayed at two different hotels. 8 nights in Brooklyn Center and 1 in Cape Girardeau. Brooklyn Center was not a great room. The AC was very noisy, the toilet was so low my husband and I had difficulty getting up off of it after practically falling onto it. The bed was so high I had problems getting on and off. In Cape Girardeau, I can't really say anything bad about our handicapped room.

Stayed here over night with my fiance. Jayden was super kind and helpful when we checked in! Rooms were clean, the pool was great, had a good breakfast and the staff was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay again.
