I can’t say enough about your staff they are absolutely wonderful. The front desk girls were accommodating in every way possible. The breakfast had something for everyone and the lady that was taking care of it was extremely nice. We really enjoy staying here when we fly in and out of Jackson

I stayed at the la Quinta in Pearl Mississippi on two separate nights during my vacation. Once on my way west on my trip to Texas and then on my way home and my return trip to Alabama. The first day was made pleasant because it was late at night when I arrived and I had been searching for a place that would let my dog Jasper stay with me. The night attended name Glenda was most helpful and very cordial. I had a great room both times and it was most comfortable and I got a great night's rest. Casper enjoyed the stay as well! Next time I come through Jackson I will definitely stay at the la Quinta at Pearl. You guys are awesome. The continental breakfast both days was very tasty and feeling it made my day start off just the way it should.

The room was clean and smelled nice, but although freshly touched up with paint, it was in need of an update. The bathroom was a bit shabby and the tub floor was extremely slippery. |The staff was pleasant and helpful.|The beds were comfortable..pillows and sheets very average..sheets were a bit “pilled” and the pillows a bit hard. Our room was in the highway side of the building and the unpleasant noise from the traffic was heard in the room|And distributive to sleeping|Breakfast was good with many choices, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon etc.|If you stay there, request a room on the non highway side of the building.|Pet friendly with an additional charge of $25

As I drove up to the hotel I didn’t feel very safe. There were a few cars and several people sitting in their cars. Exactly across the street is a Circle K gas station. The lobby area was dark and the reception area was extremely compact. The night reception, a male, was not welcoming at all. He did not welcome me and I initiated the conversation. He did not mention the hotels amenities or time that breakfast was offered. As previous reviews mentioned there is an odor in the place. Like body odor or musty smell. It wasn’t a fresh scent. My room was nicely decorated but when I took a closer look the wear and tear was obvious. A screw was missing from the security lock. The bed had two serious dips and an odor. I had 6 small pillows on the bed and the linen was extremely wrinkled. The furniture has a lot of dings from age and use. The microwave on the outside was in need of a good cleaning. The coffee maker was fine but there were not sugar, creamer, stir sticks to make coffee. The vanity was nice and the Dove products were a plus. Next trip I will do more research instead of trusting a brand.

Stayed after screw around at Country Inn and Suites next door to La Quinta . |Nice people , good bed , pet friendly.|Could have been cleaner, underwear on back of bathroom door. |Painting in lavender and decor left a lot to be desired but place was full when The Country Inn and Suites next door had no one in the parking lot…. Wonder Why?

The breakfast is very good. They are very pet friendly. They have a wonderful staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. This is our second stay with them. It will be my first choice if I have to spend the night at Jackson Mississippi.

Got to hotel after a 10 hour drive at 11:30pm. Conveniently located off I-20. Check in was a breeze. Room was the worst I have ever been in. There were stains on the comforter, one of the pillows and towels were discolored. Not to mention moldy walls in bathroom. Standing water in tub and a pubic hair. Pillows were very small too. Needless to say we opted to not take showers and because we were so tired we reluctantly climbed in the bed to sleep. Do Not Stay at this Hotel!!!

We have never had a bad experience with La Quinta and this hotel was definitely no exception. Reasonably priced with comfy beds, fridge, TV, nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent and made us feel like family even though we were only there one night, which happened to be Thanksgiving. We will definitely stay there when we pass through the next time.
