La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Idaho Falls/Ammon - Hotel in Ammon - 2501 S 25th E, USA

Very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The customer service was top notch! The only thing that needs to be changed is their toilets. They are so short. They look like kids toilets. I would stay here again though as my stay was great! Thank you La Quinta!

The building, the staff and everything was top notch. We enjoyed our stay so much. Rooms were quiet, staff very pleasant and helpful. Don’t know anything that could be improved on. Such an improvement on other places we have stayed. They are pet friendly and provided everything needed to make your feel comfortable too.

We stayed in the loft room with a fireplace. There was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All of the beds are very comfortable except for the pull-out couch with its one-inch mattress, and only one device is permitted to use the internet, but other than that, the entire hotel is very clean, there is coffee available 24/7, the breakfast is standard, but good, and there is a standard number of TV channels. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return.

I booked the loft as I was staying with my mom and sister. I gave them the beds, and I slept on the twin pull-out couch. The mattress couldn't have been an inch high, so I felt every spring. I slept on the couch as the cushions were more supportive. My mom and sister said their beds were comfortable. There was only 1 roll of TP and no extra, and only 2 coffee pods. Our room had a fireplace, mini fridge, and sink. There was good storage. Coffee is available 24/7, and there were decent breakfast choices. I'd stay there again.

Excellent location, pleasant staff and totally unacceptable room 132. We have a small dog and needed a hotel that allowed pets. Friends had told us this was a good place. Outside of the room, all was good. We had in excess of 6 spills/pee spots on carpet and the room smelled like an unkept kennel. When we mentioned to reception they came and sprayed a bottle of air freshener…which provided 5 minutes of help. It was disgusting. We mentioned to desk when we left and told them the tub plumbing was loose and about to fall off and the toilet made a strange noise that happened every 5-10 minutes the entire time we were there and it wasn’t in use!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful when asked for local information. There was a bit of trouble with the A/C and refrigerator upon check-in, but a maintenance man arrived within 5 minutes and had everything working immediately. I will stay at this hotel again when staying in Idaho Falls. |The location is terrific! Restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance are a plus as well.

Positive: Rooms were fairly clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. The gym was adequate. It's next to an Albertson's supermarket if I needed to buy anything. Plus next to a mall with plenty of dining (fast food, and expensive/finer.) Negative: It's a little further from downtown than I had realized, so it was a good 20 minute drive to get to downtown.

Customer service is great! They have Breakfast in the morning and they had cookies set out in the afternoon. Not the newest hotel but the upkeep was good. Jillian at the front counter went above and beyond her duties and made my stay wonderful. Thank you!
