Not impressed, won’t be back. I booked online through the hotel’s website and also checked in online. It asked if I wanted to upgrade which I said yes to, however, I did not get an upgraded room. I asked the lady at the front desk (who was super nice but was also new) who called her manager and manager said no, she has a non cancelable reservation (which I did NOT). Anyway, no big deal I can live with that although I don’t consider that good customer service. Issue 2: our bathroom had an entire chunk of tile missing right where you stand at the sink. Issue 3: the pool was closed which I didn’t know beforehand, and when I tried to use the fitness center it was also closed due to construction. I did lift a few weights until I was rudely kicked out of there by a staff member. Breakfast was not impressive, fruit not fresh and not many healthy options that looked appealing. Will be choosing a different hotel next time.

Staff was nice enough however they had just cleaned the carpets on the third floor and the smell was so bad our eyes were burning. We asked if could change floors and were told no they were fully booked. After some time in the room thinking the smell would dissipate, we informed the front desk that we couldn't stay there based on the smell and was promptly told no one else has complained. We asked for a refund and were told we probably wouldn't get one. Thankfully we were able to get a room at a different hotel. Unfortunately we now have to pay for two rooms. I will never choose this hotel brand again.

I wanted to give a shout out to the front desk clerk, Shelby. She was so kind! I dropped a 12 pack of soda, and one of the cans busted and soda started spraying everywhere. She was so kind and helpful. I felt terrible for creating a mess, but she made it ok, and we were laughing by the end. She went above and beyond, and that girl needs a raise. The room was clean. The halls were outdated, but they’re clearly renovating, so I don’t understand why so many people are having a hissy fit in the reviews. We’re the first evening into our stay, and I’m perfectly content.

Wasn't real impressed by the evening staff they had at the time we had checked in. We were going to be charged an extra $25 to check in about an hour early, even though the room had already been "cleaned." The person at the front desk could've also been having a bad day. Something to consider, I suppose. Although, the morning staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, too.

Hotel under renovations. A/C blew moisture throughout room causing humidity and illness. Breakfast foods underwhelming, luke warm and greasy. Fridge didn't work. Dirty floors and Halla. Lots of noise from all angles. Do not sleep here. Choose the 4 others that surround it!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The staff was rude as he'll. They never cleaned the room had to ask for clean lining and it was given to us balded up. You need a whole new staff. Maybe the rates will go up. No worth --- a night

Pool was not available, and I didn't see this noted on their site until I rechecked after leaving. The elevator made this scary thud when it stopped. We were on the 2nd floor and the ice maker didn't work. The scrambled eggs were gross and bacon as well. Staff were very nice and apologetic. Hotel was nice even while being upgraded. I've stayed in a number of these hotels, that's why we chose it. Sorry disappointed.

Positive: It was nice and clean and pool was refreshing as well. Negative: Yes. Upon leaving the desk clerk told me that the room smelled of Marijuana and we don't smoke. Then told me that because there was no ashes she has to give me my deposit back. She basically accused me of something for nothing. Negative: ""
