La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holbrook Petrified Forest - Hotel in Holbrook - 2705 Navajo Blvd, USA

Very much enjoyed our 1 night stay. Late evening check-in and out just after breakfast, didn't get to use many of the amenities. First thing I noticed was many luggage carts, really made my night not having to wait like other properties we've visited. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, utilized the in-room mini-fridge and walked the dogs around the property including the large dog area which was well stocked to cleanup after your pet.||Breakfast was very nice as well.

The stay at the hotel was nice, as usual. The problem was, we booked online and were charged a pet fee. When I arrived at the hotel, I mentioned that I didn’t know they changed their policy and charged for pets. The receptionist said they don’t charge but that the app does. She said, “I don’t know why they do that” I asked if it would be taken off and she said yes. |When I checked out, I asked again that the fee be taken off and was told “it should be” and they would email my bill.|It was not taken off and 4 phone calls later I finally talked to the manager who claimed that the app does the charge and she could not remove it. She was happy to give me the hotel’s direct line to book through them the next time.|I called the Wyndham app customer service and was told a message would be sent to the hotel and the app management about removing the charge. Not sure why it would be sent to the hotel management if they didn’t have the ability to remove the charge. Not holding my breath for a refund.

Our overnight stay was such a relaxing one after a 10-hour drive. We were greeted by Devanta at the courtesy desk and this young man was extremely helpful in getting us checked in, despite the fact we had no reservation. Devanta acknowledged and thanked my husband for his military service upon presentation of his card, resulting in discount that would have otherwise been an expensive stay. ||We are deeply grateful to all of LaQuinta Inn Holbrook staff for providing us with a stress-free check-in experience (thanks to Devanta), a restful night, a hearty breakfast and a smooth check-out to get us on our way.

Excellent location. Across from a gas station, close to a multitude of restaurants and close to the freeway (but far enough you won't hear the traffic). Hotel looks brand new!. It has a pool and gym. Breakfast is well appointed. Multiple USB charging outlets in the room. Has DTV in the room with hundreds of channels. This was a very nice surprise!

Quite location with easy on and off I 40. Rooms are clean, neat, and good furniture. The internet speed is very good. Breakfast is rather standard. Staff was excellent. Had not issue. Good view of plains of Arizona. Bed was right firmness. Liked it

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable also. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the front desk who checked us in. The location was easy to get to. The breakfast was free, but it was overcooked almost to burning some of it.

Wow is the word to describe this La Quinta hotel location!! Extremely clean, wonderful breakfast and excellent customer service! It looks brand new, but we were told it was 4 years old! Very clean and immaculate! Definitely a 10! Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay!

10/10 Would recommend. Clean, fast check in, hot breakfast, updated rooms and nice staff. I love that La Quinta is dog friendly and always accommodates. Best hotel for your budget and pets ♥️
