Jessy was probably the most difficult person to deal with on earth. She started off stating that we cannot have 3 dogs which I understand policy but she told us in such a rude manner. She then made me promise I wouldn't leave a dog in the blazing sun car which I find to be quite odd to make her promise her word for word what she wanted me to say. She then charged us a room at a random price on the calculator that she "computed" and wouldn't let us match the online price that was THROUGH LA QUINTA BOOKING. After all was said and done, we finally got to our 2 seperate rooms, to accommodate the 3 dog policy, to find a centipede in the bathroom... how disgusting is that. Not to mention the floor looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in years. Hair and fingernail clippings in between furniture, dusty carpet, stained and chipped furniture, it was a disaster. I then had to wait until Jessy was gone for the day to even have a civil conversation with a worker. Thankfully, she was a big help and let us check out 3 days early because we felt unsafe and way unsatisfied to stay here. Not to mentioned this put a huge damper on our entire vacation. I am still awaiting a proper and well deserved refund on my stay.

My SO and I had a very enjoyable stay at this location. We received a warm welcome, a very clean and comfortable room, and a delicious hot breakfast. The hotel staff made recommendations for things to do nearby and were very pleasant anytime I needed something. I was also surprised to see that housekeeping changes the linens and towels daily unless you ask them not to. We travel often and this is old school hospitality which we appreciated greatly! We travel often, usually stay in Dallas, but this is definitely one of my favorites and will be staying here again soon!

My finance and i arrived at this hotel on 7/20/2024. The lady at the front desk told me that she gave our room away. She mentioned she had called my fiancé to let him know, but he had no missed calls. I was attending a concert in Fort Worth so i expected to have this room. We had reserved through Expedia to pay at the property once we arrived, however they decided to give the room away. She didn’t try to accommodate us with another room or even an apology. I will be calling in to corporate. The lady at the front desk suck! She didn’t hardly understand English. Save your time!

Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive at the hotel until 1am. When we entered the hotel lobby we immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. We found that strange because Fort Worth was 100 degrees that day. We checked in and the man at the desk assured us the AC was working in the rooms. We opened the door to our room and I immediately smelled a musty dirty smell. Like most normal people we then turned on the lights, which didn't work so our son turned on the flashlight on his phone. As we put down our suitcases and tried to fumble around my son asked what this bug was on the counter. It was a COCKROACH. We went down to the desk where the staff confirmed they have indeed been having a cockroch problem and then offered to bring up a light bulb so we could turn a light on. Once the lights turned on things got worse from there. The only way I can describe this would be to say the room appeared to be one that woyld be rented by the hour.|We were in town for our sons sporting event and had to be on a court in 4 hours so had no choice but to try to get 3 hours of sleep. To make things even worse the pilliowcase on one of the beds apoeared used and dirty. It was just ao awful. Because of the filth in the bathroom, none of us took a shower. Directly after the sporting event we went back to the hotel and checked out. There were two new staff members at the desk at this point. They too confirmed the COCKROACH problem but actually said "they were on the second floor, not the third floor where we were staying". We asked for a refund for the remaining two nights we had booked. They said they couldn't authorize a refund but would check with the manager. We were quickly denied. We asked to speak with the manager directly and what a surprise, they just left the building. We were assured the manager would call us and two days later we have of course not received a call. Although this establishment has the la quinta sign, it is nothing like any of the la quintas we have ever stayed at. They have done a remodel of the downstairs apparently, but have clearly not touched any of the rooms. Prior to putting the la quinta sign up this place must have been a motel 6 or worse. This is a place you do not want to bring your family. It smells, is dirty, and has a cockroch problem that the staff is clearly aware of and not dealing with. Moreover, once you check in you are at their mercy with respect to a refund. Absolutely the worst experience of our lives. Please save yourself the headache and go to the other hotels in the area. To submit the review I have to hit at least one star. However this location doesn't deserve even that one.

Jesse at the front desk was very unprofessional and was unaware of the pet policy. She tried to charge us 2x the pet fee because of incompetence. She also wouldn’t match the price online from the official website for the stay, attempting to charge us over $30 more. Our room was okay but my brothers room right next door had a centipede in the toilet. We felt unsafe and decided to leave the next day instead of staying there for multiple nights. We are still currently being charged for the $50 deposit and are awaiting a refund. Overall poor experience and would recommend staying elsewhere

Rooms were very dirty, bugs were in the bathroom and under the bed. Other rooms were extremely loud at 2:30 in the morning and when I told front desk they did nothing about it. The room next to me was smoking weed at 3 am and my infant kept waking up from their loud noise and smoking. When I told the front desk, they were no help. They promised me we’re not smoking but it was evident they were smoking bc it was emitting under the door between our room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We recently stayed here and we will never be back. We had issues from the check in process until we left. The woman who checked my husband & I in was rude, had an attitude for no apparent reason. We are members of this hotel branch & arrived 45 mins prior to check in to see about checking in a little early, with an attitude the front desk responded stated they had no clean rooms available at the moment. When we finally got to check in, nothing really seemed to be clean. The elevator smelled of dog pee for our entire stay, the hallway smelled of old food, our room wasn’t clean & also smelled of dog pee & smoke. Cleanliness is an issue here & their customer service needs to greatly improve. Beware of staying here, we won’t be back.

I knew there was a pet deposit,and had no problem paying this $25 per pet. But just before I started to go to my room. She told me that I had to pay a room deposit of $50. When I questioned it, she said it's on their site. It is not. |Then she said if the room is clean you will get your deposit back. Well, we actually left the room cleaner than when we arrived. BUT THE DEPOSIT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT....The inside of the shower had some dirty, moldy stuff in the corner; we had to clean off the dirty desk to use it; the sinks was immaculate, but behind the toilet was rather nasty. Also the toilet wouldn't flush for a full 5 minutes after use. If more than one had to go to the bathroom, they had to wait to flush. Inside of the toilet was a water saver - I looked...I understand that but when I complained, they said someone would come up to check it and over an hour later I told them forget it. We figured out there is a water saver device on it. And the lady at the desk (I believe owner) denied it. I said maybe go look inside the tank of our toilet. I have stayed at many hotels, but I never had problems like this. Otherwise, most of the staff was very friendly, especially the front desk staff when we checked in and that next morning when we checked out. Thursday, April 11 to Friday April 12 was our stay date
