Our water was out at our house so we made a quick decision to get a room for the night during the cold. So glad we came here. The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the front is nice. The pricing was also great for what you get. It was exactly in the area I needed it to be to get to everything. Slept well and had no issues!

We stayed one night on the way home from the F1 Grand Prix in Austin, TX. What a wonderful and great hotel. We made our reservations in the car while traveling and upon arrival, Mr Jay Patel was most friendly and welcoming and had our rooms and reservations ready in a jiffy. Nice rooms and baths.|Big TV and great bed. It was quiet which is always a plus. A very adequate breakfast in the morning was enjoyed by all of us. Nice place to stay in a well kept hotel. Great location. Thanks Mr. Jay!

Rooms are clean, bigger than your average room. The only issue was with getting more than one room, card was run 5 times for pet deposit, deposit for incidentals, and room deposit. I don’t understand why they can’t run all those fees in one transaction. Rooms are clean and very reasonably priced. The hotel has a little grassy area by the creek which is great if you have pets. The breakfast consisted of a few breads, scrambled eggs and diy waffles.

Another great stay! Stayed back in July and again this past weekend! Check in was so fast and easy and she even called after we had been in our room to make sure everything was good! Such a nice extra step! Our new favorite place for sure!

On my last stay at the Fort Worth location at 4700 I-35 there was dog "feces" in the hallway on the morning I left for the office. I told the clerk about it on my way to the office. When I returned that evening it was still there but had been stepped in and tracked in the hallway.||The A/C vent in my room needed cleaning and there was a dead wasp on the floor which tells me that the room was not vacuumed and the bed spread had brown stains on it. ||Coworkers and I stay at this location when we're in town because it's close to the office. I make monthly trips to Fort Worth staying 2-3 days. I might have to find other accommodations......|| ||

Poorly kept hotel with a unfriendly, distrusting owner and manager. They will treat you as the worst possible guest and have made that judgement before booking you. The tv was new and amazon firestick compatible but remotes were replaced because "guests would steal them." The universal remotes were not compatible. The water temperature regulation was horrible. Half of the electrical outlets did not work. You had to remove a shelf from the fridge to accommodate a 20 oz bottle. The microwave was old and janky. There were no written guides in the room at all for basic amenities or directions for operation of any equipment. Very inhospitable facility and staff.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice. I booked with a 3rd party ended up spending 75 more. It says pet friendly but had to pay additional 25 non refundable plus additional 50 possible refundable. that’s pet friendly? Nothing was said before I booked. Too bad because I’ve stayed at a lot of Laquita’s. This was my last stay with them. I hate being deceived. I was honest and told her I had a pet. Don’t make that mistake. Do people have to pay deposits for kids? They sometimes pee on the floor too.

We stayed here in 6/2023 with my family. We had a great time. They had free breakfast available every day and the staff was real nice.
