This property isn’t bad. It was a good location to where I had to go to. They could work on the AC units in the room. Those run really loud and vibration from the AC will keep you up. Also, they should fix the plumbing issues as well. The tub faucet leaks. So the dripping noise is very irritating. But overall, it isn’t a bad hotel. Not the greatest hotel. But it works for a a day or two stay.

I have been here nearly 3 months. The staff is wonderful both kind and competent. The location is sage and surrounded by shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is pet friendly and my dog loves it here. The grounds are immaculate and litter is non-existent.||||The rooms are clean, comfortable and have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. My room is quiet and I feel at home. I made 1 noise complaint in 80 days and it was handled by the front desk staff professionally and quickly. The results were immediate.||||I suffer from a rare blood disease and I require as pure an environment as.possible. I fled a toxic quadplex where I was living to stay here. My symptoms have VASTLY improved not only because of the cleanliness but the kindness of staff and other guests.||||Breakfast is served every morning. The weekday buffet is served timely and is clean and well stocked. The weekend service is a bit slower and not as efficient. The coffee bar is well maintained and ready for us early risers.||||I highly recommend the hotel and am grateful for it.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location near downtown Fort Worth. The room was very clean, nice firm mattress and well stocked. The front desk staff were very accommodating and got us checked in right away even though we were early. Plenty of parking, and right next to many restaurants and dining options. The free breakfast was okay, but then again it's free so you can't expect too much. Overall we were very satisfied with our one-night stay and an excellent value for the money.

I have been here nearly 3 months. The staff at all levels have been very kind and competent. They are very receptive to my needs and do their best to help. My room is very nice, clean and quiet. When I request housekeeping, they freshen everything and restock supplies. I am grateful for the fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It is dog friendly motel and Sammi has been well treated and sleeps peacefully. I feel very safe here and the location is great. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are very well maintained and litter is pretty non-existent. I have a very rare blood disease which requires a pure environment. I have gotten much better staying here than in my old apartment which made me desperately ill. In short I have flourished during my time here. I highly recommend this hotel and am grateful for the people who staff it.

This place always smells great. The service is top notch and everything is super clean. The front desk was very helpful with keeping a room on the ground floor since I have an older dog. I'm very glad they are pet friendly. My new favorite hotel in Fort Worth.

This is the most accommodating hotel I have been to in a long time. The rooms are very clean and the curb appeal is amazing. I really like the flowers they used to give the place some color in the entrance. Will always stay here when in the area!

Quite a few negatives that overpower the positives of staying here. Yes it’s the cheaper option of the hotels in the area, not a bad hotel. Bathroom, bed and majority of the room was clean. Although There was a dead bug in the corner of the room, a hair stuck to the wall, and a white stain on the fabric on the frame of the bed, and An unpleasant looking stain on the carpet. Hallways all smell like weed which isn’t a big deal but is bothersome for some people. Biggest thing was that they have a sign in the room on the door stating checkout is at 12. As I was getting ready to leave at 11:30 am, front desk comes banging on my door, I don’t answer because I think it’s room service and they still try to enter my room with the do not disturb sign on, she told me checkout was at 11 so I told her the sign on the door said 12 and that I was leaving soon. Point here is don’t have a sign saying checkout is at 12 when it’s not, that resulted in an absolute invasion of my privacy. This was just one incident though and all other customer service was decent. They have responded to this review stating they have the authority to enter any room if nobody answers, ok, so be it, but still the problem exists that they will try to kick you out of the hotel room before the time that is stated on the door. It is such an easily fixed problem that could’ve prevented the entire incident. The pictures show everything, no hiding from that.

I had a horrible stay here. There were so many things in disrepair... first the key wouldn't open the room door... so I headed back to the desk.. got new keys.. then learned that the door only opens by lifting the handle. There was no water pressure..and once I was done taking a shower in the trickle and in the dark because the bathroom light didnt work either.... the water would not turn completely off...so there was dripping water all night.. luckily the heater made such a loud scrapping noise that it almost drowned out the running water.. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen.. my partner and I had to pass on it. Which sucked because we thought breakfast might be the redeeming ray of light that made the rest not so bad...bottom line .. I will never stay at another la quinta again..
