We absolutely adored this place. Very clean friendly facility. Across the street from the beach. Very convenient. Best smelling hotel I have been at in a long time!! Everytime we left and came back the smell of cleanliness was present. Very impressive

My family loved this hotel! We stayed on the 1st floor so I can't speak of the other floors but the hall leading to our room smelled amazing...very clean scent! The hotel was clean, looked brand new, our room had vaulted ceilings and hard floors. We appreciated the parking lot having two different exits as well. Overall it was a lovely place to stay!!

Nero the Front Desk manager was so polite and very helpful. I told him I needed to extend my stay due to a flight cancellation and he was more than happy to assist. Not only did he allow us to stay in the same room but the rate was cheaper than what I shopped for at other hotels. The elevators are ALWAYS waiting on you, you never have to wait for them. Overall, I've had a great experience and I definitely would stay here again.

Not a great experience. Checked in after 7:30pm. Drove in from a 6 hour drive with 5 kids. Front desk was not friendly or helpful. Went to our room and there was a bug that looked like a roach or water bug crawling on the door. I killed it and examined the room for bringing my stuff in. I also went to the front desk to ask for spray. He seemed uninterested. He said he would send someone but did not. I was too tired to do anything else.||Had breakfast the next morning and it was basic nothing special. The room was small for the amount of people dining in.||I would not recommend or return. I have stayed at several other hotels that were beachfront and had better service. Not at all impressed with this location.

This was our first vacation with a dog so I chose this hotel. I don’t know what other dog friendly hotels offer but I would love to see a fully enclosed area in the dog park. It is open to the road so you can’t let your dog off leash. There were lots of irresponsible dog owners staying while we were there. I went out one morning and a man had his dog off leash in the sitting area and let it come up to me barking and chasing me and my dog down. So frustrating. No fault of the hotel. People also didn’t clean up after their dogs. My other suggestion is to take all carpet out of this hotel. It smells like dog pee. I noticed the rooms on floor 1 had linoleum. Floor two had carpet. Our dog is potty trained so we didn’t have any issues but after a day you can tell where other dogs have stayed there. ||The room was nice and the decor was up to date. Staff was always friendly and helpful when we needed new supplies and towels. The beds and bedding were comfy. We loved the shower. This is the first hotel of many that had a powerful shower. You could actually rinse shampoo out of your hair. We would stay here again. We also enjoyed the pool on several occasions.

At first I was pleased with the hotel but the longer we stayed the more issues I found. The pool was not kept clean and often had dirt and other debris floating on top. The outside deck next to the pool was nice until you sat for a couple minutes and the large cockroaches came out to visit you. The rooms were nice and clean but the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. After checking out I realized there was an issue with my bill, I called the front desk to help fix it and at first they argued with me, kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the issue, and finally said "well it's your problem you figure it out" before hanging up on me. After I called Wyndham Corporate to try and get the issue fixed another employee from the hotel called me and said they would fix the issue but never apologized for how the first employee treated me. There are much nicer hotels right across the street, I'd go there before ever returning to this one.

Me and my son decided to stay here since we were visiting local family in the area. Rooms were very clean staff was friendly. We enjoyed some time by the pool very relaxing. It's close to the beach pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Positive: The hotel premises and the room are clean and updated for the most part. Additionally, the hotel provided a list of resto's and churches and other good spots that are so helpful for tourists when getting around the area. Great work! Negative: None.
