the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.when I first checked in i didn't have. a microwave and immediately he had a man bring it in.the only thing is that the beds are small double bed it's more like a full size bed and Everytime I stay there is a bad odor to the place like a musty,moldy smell so you need to bring your own Lysol or whatever else spray or candle to make it smell good they don't have any sprays to eliminate the odor also breakfast buffet is awesome!

The front desk staff Cherline and Manager Mr. Khan was very accommodating and helpful. The housekeepers were all pleasant and kept the room clean and hallway clean. Breakfast was always delightful snd well stocked. My visit was very pleasant and enjoyable . I would recommend this hotel for a nice and pleasant vacation .

Everything was great except the AC didn't get cold enough, but the front desk immediately had maintenance come look at it. The beds was so comfortable and the rooms was clean. I will stay again. Nice staff and the lobby and hallways was always .clean

We enjoyed our stay and loved everyone and all the accommodations they provide. We have been here several times in the last few months and every time they exceed our expectations. Thank you for making us feel special. The staff is excellent. Great stay

Rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, beds were super small in person and the majority of the electrical outlets in the room were not working. However, Mr Allen provided great customer service.

Upon arrival, our room number was blurred out by check in lady, in front of two males sitting near. When asked to switch, her reply was “not my problem” we didn’t felt comfortable and stayed elsewhere. Very poor customer service. Openly blurring out rooms numbers it’s against hotel policy.

THIS PLACE DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. IT HAS BEEN 7 MONTHS AND THEY HAVEN’T REFUNDED MY MONEY YET! ARE YOU PEOPLE THIEVES??????????????????……… they have bad customer service, the place is so dirty, it has a shocking irritating smell immediately you enter the hotel. Dirty carpets, the elevators are so disgusting. NO HONESTLY….. you’d rather spend the night in your car than waste a penny at this hotel. A WORD TO A WISE IS ENOUGH…. Just RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

Horrible customer service! Booked 2 rooms and cancelled them accordingly to their policy. For some reason their system made an error and charged me for a 3rd room. When I called the staff they could not track the third reservation and I had to call customer care to find the reservation number. After leaving multiple messages and emails for 2 weeks I finally got ahold of a manager. He said I didn't cancel in a timely manner (which I clearly didn't because I didn't book the room) and refused a offer a refund. Customer care also told me they have no control of their properties and could do nothing to help me. Glad I didn't stay there and won't ever be staying in a La Quinta Inn. Pay attention to your reservations because their system will book an extra without you knowing and they'll keep your money!
