Truly enjoyable stay! Check in was smooth and quick- Nicole was friendly, helpful and prepared :) Incidentals are only $40 (as someone who has had to live on a very strict budget due to life emergencies in the past, there have been times in my life this would be clutch compared to the $100, $150, & $200 incidental holds other hotel brands take). No judgments or rudeness about my trained service animal. For those whose fur family members don’t perform special tasks, the pet fee is only $25- other places charge $50, $75, or even upwards of $150. This particular hotel dedicates first floor to animals who do and do not perform tasks for their owners/handlers, which I think is how it should be. She did still confirm that I didn’t have a preference for a higher floor. Room was clean and comfy and did have a fridge and microwave if needed. I may be becoming a la Quinta only girl!

I'll make this review short & sweet. After going to another hotel, we booked a couple of months out, we had to cancel due to the nastiness of the place. Looking for options that were running out we ventured to the La Quinta in desperation due to no availability or extremely high prices. I came across a young lady standing outside who worked there. That's an understatement because she's an angel who salvaged the second half of our trip. Her name is Amelia and she by far, is one, if not, the best hostess we've come across this far! She reassured us we came to a stellar location and stood on business by allowing us to see the rooms before booking them to comfort our concerns. Her confidence & professionalism secured three rooms for two days that La Quinta originally wasn't going to get. It's safe to say when we come back we'll definitely book this place. It's very clean, staff (Amelia) was phenomenal, & the prices were great! Definitely book here & please don't tear the place up 👍🏾😁

We came across this hotel after checking in and immediately checking out of hotel nearby. The lady at the front desk Amelia was amazing and her personality alone was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable enough to book a room. She definitely deserves a raise. The rooms were clean everything smelled clean as well

We had a great stay! Came down for our son’s college game. Location was close. A tad sketchy on some surrounding areas but safe. Seamless check-in with online pre-checkin and check-out which sped up the process. I even called to ask for a specific location and we had a very late checkin (following game). The knew exactly who I was, had my requested room location and checkin was completed in 5 minutes. Front desk was very nice. Great coffee and breakfast. Room very clean with usb charging options conveniently located in the room. Excellent stay overall! Would definitely stay again!

If you can afford to spend more than go elsewhere. Almost every family had a dog with them and the sliding glass door at the entrance was broken. Woman working to check us in was very nice - after she ran in to check us in from smoking her cigarette out the side door. Not loving the smell of cigarettes right in our faces after our 8 hour drive. The elevator has peeling posters and smelled musty. The rooms were clean and comfortable - beds also clean and comfortable. The young man who checked us out barely made eye contact and I might as well have not existed - so not nice like the smoking lady. Overall one of those experiences I chalk up to “You get what you pay for.” At least the rooms were clean and we felt safe. (Also - there was a QR code to tip housing but you had to choose the employee. No one told me who would be our housekeeper so I had no way of knowing which person to tip and scraped up any cash I could find instead.)

First off, almost every staff member we dealt with was incredibly warm, nice, and accommodating, and dealt with all our issues kindly. When we first arrived, it was clear that the room was not cleaned properly (our service dogs are always super sniffy). It was clear the floors were not cleaned, as we had white dog hair all over our socks (our boys have black hair and don’t shed), and when we wiped the floor, the cloths were very dirty. All the lights were fluorescent lights are hard on my wife’s eyes, it would have been nice if there were some warmer lights beside the bed at least. Good location if you’re looking for a spot right off the highway, there’s a drive through Starbucks just up the street, and a short drive into town.

We booked a room same-day but then our dog had a medical emergency on the way. The front desk was super understanding and allowed us to cancel our reservation even though it was within 24 hours. We REALLY appreciate the flexibility, and will return when our pupper is doing better.

The lady helping the Front desk clerk was passive aggressively rude checking me in, she does not know how to talk to people and should not be conducting business with guests. She was not only rude to me but also callous towards the person on the phone and other guest. When you have worked a full day on top of driving for hours in traffic THE last thing you want to deal with is a rude person keeping you from decompressing from the day, challenging your personal growth and patience. She gave me the runaround about adding my rewards to my stay, saying I needed to give her my membership number. She made it seem like it was the only way to find me in the system. She gave me a double bed because I requested to have a room on the 3rd floor out of spite. I had just came from a hotel that placed me on the 2nd floor and someone above me was extremely noisy and I wanted to avoid that situation here because I didn’t get any rest but she took it personally. The room she gave me smells weird. It had an old stale smell and it is a stench that I can’t get pass. The room had one wash cloth, four towels and two hand towels. Other than that it was decent besides the dinghy down comforter. Because of her rude behavior I have reason to believe that she’s the reason behind why my room key only was active for one day, and the side door that is beside the pool that is broken and was unlocked was all of a sudden locked and closed shut with no sign to tell guest the door is out of order. I got rained on thinking it was still accessible because I used it just hours earlier. I wanted breakfast but after seeing a sign saying I had to eat in the lobby and hearing a dog in the eating area I was not interested anymore because eating with animals is not sanitary and I’m allergic. I understand that the hotel is pet friendly but pets should be not be allowed in the eating area. Needless to say I couldn’t leave fast enough. I never felt so unwelcomed
