We like LQ and stay at them every chance that we can stay, if they are in the area of stay. This location was good as far as the hotel in most areas. The morning at the breakfast was a little messing at each table. The guy in charge did not seem to want to keep the tables clean, the whole time we ate, he never once cleaned a table, and did not refill the food unless someone asked him for more of an item.|Then the worse thing about the whole stay came later. We checked out and when we got to the airport, my wife noticed when she went to take off her necklace for security, it was not there. She thought about it, and remembered taking it off the night before and laying it on the drawer chest. She quickly called the front desk, and the person that answered did not seem to show a lot of concern. The next day, she called again with the same response.|She did not receive a call back like she asked for and on the 3rd day, I called and asked for a Manager. The Manager called me back and I informed her of the situation. She said she would check on it and call me back as I informed her that I gave her this for our 45 Wedding Anniv. 2 yr ago, and she cherished it.|Jimi, I think might be how it is spelled, call me back 2 days later saying they have moved furniture and could not find anything.|Yes, my wife was reluctant in putting it on before we left. And, we don't know what happened to the Hawaiian necklace. But, be aware, make sure that you don't leave anything behind as we don't know if a cleaning person took it, as we suspect, or what happened, but an expensive piece is gone.

I would've considered giving this place a 5 stars. But their breakfast is probably the worst I've had at any hotel I've ever stayed at. I only ate there because it is free. The staff at the desk is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the night crew and 3rd shift ladies. The negatives were just basic things like cleaning the coffee area. It looked like it was never cleaned. I liked the set up, but it wasn't well kept at all. Syrups were available, but the stir sticks and cups would sometimes be covered with syrup. The coffee was hit or miss with being available or actually hot. The buffet and eating area was never clean. And they have specific folks for this job. The last day I tried to eat breakfast there, I had about 5 minutes before breakfast was shutdown. I get there and there's nothing in the bins. But I had just watched all of the employees working the food bar/dining area come out with plates of food. They didn't even bother closing the area off before anyone can see that. They almost hit a guy with the doors when they did come back to shut the place down. He was just going back to see if they had brought more food...NOPE! Decent place to stay, but I wouldn't come here for the complimentary food. Great location for the airport.

They provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Stayed in a two bed bedroom. In the morning 0600-1000 they serve a Continental breakfast; it's your average hotel breakfast. Free wifi is provided. There is a small convenience store in the lobby. The room is decently clean and the beds are comfortable. The A/C was struggling when it was hot. When the temperature got colder the bedding is sufficiently warm. The bathroom is alright, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall(had to be careful with it). The vent in my bathroom did not work, so any steam would just flow into the bedroom. They have 3 washing machines and 4 dryers. All 3 of the washing machines were out of order. Their "gym" is 2 treadmills, free weights, a bicycle type machine, and a cable machine(has about 2 attachments). I'd stay here again, but I'd look into other options first.

This hotel is top notch in service. The airport lost our luggage so the front desk gave me a legit toothbrush, paste, deodorant, a comb etc. so I could get by. We stayed again on our way back and they shuttled us to the airport to collect our bag, waited for us, and brought us back to the hotel. They are super friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bed comfy.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Was surprised by how efficient they were. They picked us up at the airport, unloaded our baggage, took it inside and checked in within minutes. This was great after a 11 hour flight

This hotel went above and beyond with customer service. The airport lost our luggage and the hotel provided some toiletries. We stayed a second time and they shuttled us to the airport, waited for us to grab a suitcase and then took us back to the hotel. Super service with a friendly face.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights. The location is close to the airport, but nothing else. Without a rental car, we really were stranded. Share ride services are not reliable, taxis overcharge, and the buses don't run on weekends. It was difficult for us to see sites or even get to restaurants. You need a car! The hotel lobby is spacious and modern. Our room with King bed was clean and good size. The bed was comfortable. We reported a few minor repairs that need attention. The whole hotel is kept VERY warm, so we had to open our room's window for cooler air. The shuttle service to/from the train or airport was reliable and the drivers were friendly. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Megan and Rufous. There were also fresh cookies available every afternoon, which was a special treat. A small store stocks little items and food items. The breakfast was average, and not kept well-stocked, juices were watered down, and dining area wasn't cleaned regularly. Trash cans were overflowing and old spills needed to be wiped off. The espresso machine in the lobby was fabulous...when it was working. Water cooler leaked. The area around the espresso machine and water cooler needed to be cleaned more often. Overall our stay was ok, staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel is not near anything except the airport. Next time, we'll stay closer to town.
