Gross. Not clean. Carpet was disgusting and not clean in our room. No hand soap. Lots of stains on sheets and comforters. Not friendly and rude front desk staff. Keep in mind, we are not picky, or high maintenance. We have stayed in Dickinson a few times on road trips and we stayed here because it was most cost friendly. We would not stay here again.
We stayed here because of the proximity to the highway.
We were tired so by 9:30pm we were fast asleep. At 10:20 pm we were awaken by noise coming from the entry door to the room.
I opened the door only to find someone messing with the door lock, (maintenance man).
He had no idea that anyone was in the room and apparently nor did the front desk. The conversation I overheard showed the complete stupidity of the evening front desk people.
At 11:15 pm we get a call from the front desk asking what is our name. Once again waking us up. Remember, we signed in when we arrived. Amazing.
The story gets better. When we arrived the desk clerk said she was putting us into room 426 but gave us room 402 instead. Given this, I believe the room card was programmed for room 426 and did not work in 402. My wife obtained new room cards for rm 402. The point is as I was told in the morning was multiple customers experienced issues with billing (misplaced room bills and computer input issues from the front desk). I mention billing because it took 15 minutes of searching to come up with my bill. (I was first in line).
Another issue, the shower walls had mold growing from the grout to the tile.
Needless to say, no showers were taken that morning.
I asked for a refund, but the manager said she had no authority to approve it.
I paid $138 for a room and hotel clerks that should not be there.
By the way, the only person which seem to know what he was doing was the maintenance man. (Very polite and professional).
We arrived to a fast, friendly checkin. When we opened the door to our room it was cool and smelled and looked freshly sanitized and clean. Our bed was clean and soft. Free breakfast. Great value for a nice stay. We travel all over the world and this was a good stay. Would definitely reserve here again.
Don’t stay here! We chose this hotel out of desperation as a family of 5 w 3 kids. We got there late and the front desk attendant, when she finally emerged from wherever she was hiding, acted like we were a nuisance. Then we got to the room to pull out the couch bed for our 6 year old to find a disgusting stained yellow mattress. Since there was no couch bed bedding in the room, my husband had to go down and ask for some and was told to look harder in the room. There was no bedding there! He went down again and was given just sheets, no mattress cover and no blanket. The third time he went down he was given a gross 20 year old comforter and told “we don’t have mattress covers.” We were supposed to stay for two nights—I swallowed the cost of the second night and paid hundreds of dollars to stay in another hotel the second night. Will NEVER stay at this brand again after this terrible experience! Save your money and choose better!!
We stayed 2 nights in a King on the top floor. The staff who helped us (two blonde ladies) were very helpful & welcoming. They were doing some construction on the main sign & front entrance area, hopefully they are doing some remodeling or touch ups to the rooms as there was some water damage/ paint peeling around the windows. Our room was wiped down & the bed was clean but the carpets were disgusting. Traveling with a toddler it's impossible to keep them off the floor and he kept finding things like wrappers & old candies, & there was a bunch of dog hair getting caught in his toy cars he was pushing around. 😳 There was also a knocking noise you could hear off and on at night which my husband suggests may just be old pipes/plumbing. It wasn't loud enough to keep us up but it was annoying. It's an OK place if you need a place to stay, but I'd rank it on the same level as the Redroof Inn as far as quality.
Positive: Location was nice, right off the freeway. Breakfast was ok. The pool was cold, but our boy still enjoyed it. Negative: The first morning breakfast didn't have any meat and only hardboiled eggs. One of our beds had a stain on it. We asked to have room service just for our bedding, but they told us they only clean every 3 days, which was exactly our stay. Expected better.
Our room was acceptable and clean. Every one of the staff that I dealt with was very kind and helpful. The biggest drawback for us was breakfast. Two in our family have to eat gluten free. Usually there is an egg option and bacon or sausage. Our first morning there we had those options. However, the 2nd morning the only hot option was biscuits and gravy. The only GF option was a bowl of cheerios or yogurt. I realize it's hard for hotels to account for every possible food allergy, but it would be nice to have a few options.
No room service was provided even though we asked for it. We stayed three nights. There wasn't enough towels for our stay, we ran out of toiletries, toilet paper, and tissues, garbage's were full etc. and no one came in to freshen our room, even though we asked. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear the conversations next door. However, the room was very clean to begin with.

Our family of 6 stayed in the suite room. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Lots of room to spread out. The rate was very decent. Cheaper to book with them directly than Expedia. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety.
Our room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were very comfortable. Most impressive though was the breakfast! Sweet and salty options, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles, great coffee bar, etc. And the woman working the bre

If you are young or old, fit or just wanting to start working out...this gym is for you. I got a personal trainer, Ana, because this was my first gym experience and I didn't know what I was doing at all. Ana made sure my expectations were reasonable.
Very friendly service and great food. The spring rolls were amazing - the peanut dipping sauce was perfect...! The Pho was also fantastic.. no option for grilled pork in the Bun and no Bahn Mi sandwiches on the small menu. Highly recommended for s
I really enjoyed my meal here! I ordered a cheeseburger salad, and it was so delicious! I didn't even need to add the ranch, but I sampled it and it was homemade and nice and creamy!

Double Mushroom and Swiss with coleslaw. Super service and food. So refreshing to find a great place to eat, never been here before...just passing through town. I would definitely be back if I lived closer. ð
Back in 2019 in route to Glacier National Park saw signage for the Enchanted Highway. Things like this are the reason I drive vs flying, to the main attraction. You can enjoy the unique things you find along your trip. It may have taken me a distanc
