Lobby 👍 Courtyard 👍 Breakfast 👍 Front desk staff 👍 Other people I met in the hallway 👍 Ac unit👍 Pet fee 25/night up to 75 👍👍👍👍 Security deposit only 100 (that's normal stop your complaining, been like that for YEARS for pretty much EVERY HOTEL EVER, and the hotel doesn't keep it unless you cause damage or theft, they release it on checkout and it is your BANK holding it for the 3-5 business days) Double doors in bathroom were neat but no lock on it Love the little shelf just inside the door, used for wallet and keys along with other Misc things ... 👎 Floors dirty on all carpet in hall and room, main elevator felt unsafe, smelled like weed in my room at 2am each night, cigarette burn on no smoking sign in main elevator, all bedding had red brown and yellow stains, bath tub has weird brown streaks near the drain, room floor discussing, bathroom floor is tile and fine though, front staff would hide a lot behind the wall (I get it though but I needed to ask a couple questions), halls smell of weed, cigarettes, and other. Microwave and TV out of date and difficult to use. Mini fridge is more like a mini freezer. Blackout curtain has holes. Toilets are very loud. I can't hear the neighbors but I can hear the toilets and showers. In summary, I will be willing to stay again as other hotels will charge 100/ night for my dog with a pet deposit that isn't refundable. The room was 91/ night plus taxes and fees which were reasonable, especially in comparison to competition. It smells bad and needs new carpets. They need more staff (though I don't mind the one room service by request rule as I am a night owl and don't want to be disturbed at 9am for service). The main elevator DESPERATELY needs attention as it would jitter and drop every time we got in (3 people and a dog). And the back entrance looks like the door was a poor recent replacement as there is no trim by the window and has exposed drywall.

I spent five nights at La Quinta Southwest Lakewood while on vacation in Denver. It is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Denver. My room was quiet and comfortable and everything worked as it should except the TV. On my first night I was unable to get a picture and was told there were no available rooms to switch to. On the second night I was offered a room next to the elevator and ice machine but I declined because of expected noise. On the morning of the third day I was told I could switch rooms and receive a partial refund for the inconvenience. | I was planning to do that until I got a phone call saying that they had replaced the TV in my room and I would not have to move after all. The new TV worked perfectly for the last three nights but the promised partial refund has not materialized yet. This was not a major problem and I think they did the best they could to accommodate me, but they shouldn't have promised a partial refund and then not delivered it. My room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a nice desk and work area, and there was a comfortable chair for relaxing while watching TV. The bathroom was spacious and I especially appreciated the large counter, which had more than enough room for all my toiletries. There was no housekeeping service. Although I was told I could request it once during my stay I didn't bother. I skipped the breakfast as it seemed very minimal. There is a Denny's and a Mexican Restaurant very close to the hotel and plenty of other places to eat not too far away. The staff was friendly. I requested a quiet room in advance of my visit and that was exactly what I got. The hotel was my home away from home during my time in Denver and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I stayed here (solo female) for 4 nights in August. Overall, I'd recommend it.|Pros: clean, best price, free breakfast, convenient parking, friendly + helpful staff, strong hot shower, comfortable bed, average size room + bathroom, good selection of channels on TV|Cons: The only equipment that worked in the gym was the treadmill. Breakfast was minimal (no cut fruit, only HB eggs, no meat). No restaurants/bars in walking distance. Walls are paper thin with occasional smell of marijuana in halls.|If you want a good deal on a clean hotel in this area, this worked for me.

The location is away from traffic and pedestrian traffic. Cleaning services has to be requested the day before. Our AC was the coldest I have experienced in the past years of staying at various hotels. The breakfast could use more main course items and enough to accommodate all travelers. I would stay again but would ask about the toiletries at check in and go down early for breakfast.

The room itself was decently clean with the exception of the cushions on the sofa bed. They had some stains on it. The hallways and lobby area were not as clean. There was a scent throughout that was not exactly pleasant. The hallways were dimly lit, and the carpet was different in some spaces as if portions had been replaced. The pool was clean but cold. The breakfast was ok, but it was difficult to get stuff as the person stocking the breakfast was also running the front desk. The location was very convenient, and there was always decent parking. It was just ok...

Room was fine and clean. Biggest issue was breakfast. I went down at 730 or so and there was no coffee, a mess at the batter for waffles and no scrambled eggs, bread, pastry, yogurt or anything except some boiled eggs. I left and came back at 0830 on my way out and there was coffee and some adds but it was very disappointing. Gave up and went to McDonalds for something with protein. ||On top of it, I had a free room and got charged. They promised to reverse it but I had to call and ask for it. Glad I caught it.

We selected this hotel in looking for a place to stay near Red Rocks. This hotel is a short drive to Red Rocks. We paid about $150 a night for the room on a Thursday and Friday night. It is conveniently located off the Wadworth's exit. It is in a mostly commercial neighborhood close to other hotels with a walkable Old Chicago and Denny's restaurant nearby along with a local Mexican and Sushi restaurants close by. Some walkable sidewalks and green space. It had a nice outdoor pool and three exercise machines. It had a friendly, efficient front desk staff. It was nice to see a front desk staffed throughout the day. We had a large double queen room with a desk and chair, microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer). The room had limited towels. I overheard a staff member say the hotel had an overall shortage. There was accessible, free reliable internet. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was make your own waffles and hard-boiled eggs with continental offerings. Some snacks were purchasable at the desk. The rooms had a coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The stay was pretty good. Until we check out, and i left an item in the room, the housekeeping service came through before my checkout time. Came back after visiting town for breakfast, (this place also doesnt offer much for their breakfast), and the item i left was gone. The front desk wouldnt answer, and overall put a very sour taste to the end of my stay.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The customer service great, they delivered extra comforters to our room upon request. The room was quiet and I was able to get wonderful sleep, even on New Year’s Eve. Adequate on site parking available.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
