La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Decatur - Hotel in Decatur - 1405 US-287, USA

First stay was great, room was clean and the price was great. Second stay was decent; got a “deluxe room” and it was not as clean as the first room. We did not complain to staff as it was late and we were tired. Plus, the bed was fine, just the bathroom was dirty. Overall, we felt safe and there is a snack bar that I think is 24/7. Both front desk guys were nice.

Check in was very quick and easy. The rooms were a different story. The best part was the beds they were comfortable. Worst part was the bathroom. A wash cloth was left hanging on the shower head. The bottom of the rub was absolutely nasty. The floor of the room felt like it was pulling up. Breakfast was eggs, sausage,waffles and cereal.

Stayed 2 nights while signing papers on new place and it was perfect! Rooms were spotless at arrival and room well kept as far as nothing being broken or etc. Plenty of closet and drawers for things with my favorite thing being the light up mirror. Breakfast was good both days and never had any issues with stuff being cold, running out, or not having multiple choices(waffles, fruits, 3 cereals, eggs/sausage, apple/orange juice, 3 muffins, yogurt, etc). Everyone at front desk was super sweet and they even let our girls pick out a candy while leaving, would highly recommend to anyone! :)

Stayed for two nights while visiting a friend. The room was clean but the bathroom needed updating. The outdoor lighting was so dim, I drove past it several times, but was informed they were waiting on a new sign. The staff was friendly enough but could not keep up with the morning coffee consumption, so I ended up running for coffee.

Nice, quiet location. Interior was clean. Room was spacious with nice desk and sitting area. Water pressure was low in shower. Desk clerk was nice I was able to check in and out quickly. Great assortment for continental breakfast. Quick access to local restraunts.

Best place to stay at. We had a great time while staying there. I would defend like to go back if I ever visit this state again. Nice staff and friendly people. I would definitely would like ti go back to this motel if I ever come back to this town since near by where we last visited our friends wedding venue.

The staff was very nice and friendly to everyone. The gym was very nicely kept. There is plenty of parking to park in. Personally I thought that the rooms were quite spacious which is great! The only thing is that the key to room would stop working every day so you need to go get them reactivated to the front desk but like I said before the staff was always very friendly and tried their best to make everyone’s stay better.

Great Spot! Comfy mattress & variety of pillow choices and air conditioner didn’t make huge noise and worked despite the 111 day before. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options and hot chocolate, too. Blue berry bagels were yummy! Loved that the workout/exercise room was open all night and equipment was high end. Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
