La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cullman - Hotel in Cullman - 2054 St Joseph Dr NW, USA

Property is very clean, quiet, staff is outstanding. Room very comfortable. Having the wall thermostat on the interior of the room meant the room temp was well controlled, not just over by the outside wall unit, and unit was quiet. Our room had a TV across from the bed and one across from the sofa, nice not to have to swivel the TV so you could see it. Property is well maintained and good housekeeping staff.

Starts with front desk booking, extremely friendly and helpful..room was clean and quiet, hot showers..breakfast is your standard continental breakfast, employee of morning breakfast extremely friendly, I experienced her taking the time to speak with each person as they came for breakfast also taking the time to give a little girl a sticker. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is here. We will be back..thank you to the entire staff!🙏

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was working extremely hard to make sure all patrons had fresh meals. Some patrons seemed to be getting impatient with how long some of the food was taking, but the staff repeatedly apologized. Not to mention, it seemed as though more people were staying at the hotel for what looked like out of town baseball. Regardless, it was delicious and they were doing the best they could. ||||Our room was great and conveniently located by the pool, but this also caused some issues. The door to the outdoor pool was extremely loud all throughout the night. The constant banging from opening and closing kept us awake all night. At one point, guests were also playing extremely loud music next to our room outside. I think I would have enjoyed our stay more had we not been in that particular room. ||||One other issue we ran into was needing an extra blanket for one of the guests in our party who was staying on a pull out couch. When my husband asked the front desk for an extra one, they questioned him as to why he needed it and was going to charge him $20. Luckily, they didn’t charge him however, before asking the desk we checked for extra blankets in either of the two rooms we purchased. The guest was only left with a thin waffle weave blanket on the pull out couch. They did eventually give him a bit heavier of a blanket for the night.

This was a nice looking hotel on the outside and updated looking inside. Check in was super easy and the staff were super friendly. The hallways stunk like wet dog or bad food. Inside our room, the floors were flexing when we walked and the rooms above us sounded like a pack of elephants because of the floors. This is a pet friendly hotel so expect to hear barking dogs throughout your stay. Breakfast was excellent and the checkout process was fast. I’m glad I stayed just 1 night because of the loudness. I’d look elsewhere for more than one night if you are a light sleeper.

The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfy. If you have a dog, nice area to walk them so they can do everything. Staff is friendly. The breakfast was adequate. The price for mid week travel was great. Plenty of eating establishments with in walking distance

Truck driving couple who stayed here the weekend of Super Bowl for the 2023 Season Let me start saying the have available semi trick & trailer parking right in front of the hotel in a designated spot. (Thank you for this!) We were able to check in early. The front desk clerk was friendly & attentive. The lobby is clean, modern & has a very nice blue carpet throughout. Our room was clean, modern & comfortable. Breakfast was great along with the staff keeping up & refilling items & keeping tables clean. They have a great coffee bar with some coffee mate flavors. 👌 We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again. The price is also fair.

Just what I needed after a frustrating morning of flights cancellations and an all-day drive. The shower was excellent! Great water pressure. The room was very comfortable and clean. I woke up refreshed and recharged. Breakfast was good too.

The stay at La Quinta was excellent, no complaints or concerns. The front desk associate ( Misty ) was very courteous and very polite. The young lady at the food court was very good as well. The rooms were clean and well kept. I recommend this hotel to any travelers in the Cullman Alabama area.
