Can’t complain about this hotel considering everything, very clean and great location. Inconsiderate guests are not the fault of the hotel and people are inconsiderate of others for the most part everywhere. Loved the beachfront room with king bed including sofa, etc. breakfast was better on Wednesday than it was Tuesday. Great area for dogs and they don’t rip you off with fees, etc. Will definitely return.

Loved our ocean front room with balcony! The room was very clean and newer! Housekeeping was great - came in every day (which doesn’t always happen any more)! The pool (bar) area and beach access were great - right at the infamous Pier! This property is close to lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping. All staff were professional and friendly. Continental breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m staying at this lovely hotel presently. Our room is updated and faultless. The Ocean view is amazing. The Pool area is lovely and quiet. The breakfast though is cold and not replaced when dishes are emptied, do yourself a favour and eat breakfast elsewhere. I was very disappointed to find no safe in my room or even the capability to store any valuables at the front desk so had to carry all my valuables around with me. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he wasn’t in and staff did not know when he would be in. Not very satisfactory. For this reason I would not stay at this location again.

Check into room 509a was late. No rooms ready until after 4pm. Then told $10 PER DAY to park our vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Finally get into the room and it's clean, furnished fine. The bathroom is lacking storage or counter space so you need to use living furniture for toiletries. (See bath photo of unused, however usable, wallspace.) The microwave and frig are very tiny and there is no storage or shelves anywhere around it. Waste of usable space. (See photo) They used to have a larger frig in this room. I assume it was downgraded during renovation. The HUGE issue for me is the window. There is no balcony in this room, just a non operable window. AND the glass is completely distorted and there is paint over spray or something on the exterior. So the ocean view room "I PAID FOR" is like looking thru someone's dirty prescription glasses. (See photo of the exterior window. It appears to be the only one that looks this bad. Maybe it's going to be replaced) Lastly, however no fault of this hotel, the Cocoa Beach pier next to this hotel, no longer allows fishing even though their website says it does. The very reason we chose this hotel from all the others in Cocoa Beach. To sum up, |Cons: Must pay $10 per night to park, lacking storage or shelf space, extremely small frig and no clear view out of your window. Lastly, one tiny garbage can in the bathroom, no others in the room. Tiny details simply matter to some of us. For over $200 a night, I expected more.|Pros: Newer furniture, clean

Very friendly staff, good breakfast and great location to beach, restaurants and church. The room was very clean and the bathroom was remodeled. There was a nice pool and the property was well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. This is in a great location, and I had no problem getting an Uber to the cruise terminal from here. We also loved how close it was to the ocean. The staff was friendly when we checked in. We stayed in Rm 108, and the room overall was more or less clean. The deadbolt did not work, and the bathroom floor was dirty to the point we put down towels to walk on the floor. Also, early on Saturday morning at 6 am, there was major construction noise. Overall, it is a great location for a quick stay.

Very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and grocery store...besides being ON THE BEACH. Everything is clean and well kept. Fantastic swimming pool and outside seating area. Basic breakfast but very good. Nice place to stay to enjoy all Cape Canaveral has to offer

A little older hotel but rooms were upgraded. Friendly staff and nice location on the beach. Pool was nice and had a bar. Good location for a one night stay before a cruise. Even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! Would definitely stay here again.
