Chambre pas très propre, poils sur la toilette, poils dans la douche, épais de poussière sur la lampe de chevet. Insonorisation pas très bonne...Chaise de piscine sale. Déjeuner continental bon et complet. Hall d'entrée bien et propre. Personnel gentil.

Quite disappointed with this hotel. Have stayed there several times in the past with very good experiences. Staff very friendly and courteous. That said....breakfast was blah, coffee didn't taste good, no safe in the room. The positives were clean hotel, very comfortable bed. I asked for a hairdryer that worked since the one in the room was broken. Housekeeping staff just reset it. It kept stopping and starting and I didn't have any more time to wait for a replacement. The price was pretty high for what I got. Will look for another hotel when I come to the area again. Almost forgot...the shower floor was VERY slippery. There was a grab bar in the shower. If not for that I probably would have fallen.

My room was super spacious which I appreciated. I enjoyed the simple decor and cleanliness of my room. The bed was neatly made with numerous pillows and the bathroom was clean and had adequate clean towels. This room had ac/ heater, a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes dry rack. I did notice that there were stains on the couch that appeared to be blood and other stuff. But, I just isolated that couch and didn't use it. This hotel has elevators which I liked. It also provides breakfast with a lot of different food options like sausage, eggs, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, and waffles. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I only wished that they did a more thorough job cleaning the rooms, have filtered water station, and possibly increase the shower water pressure. Overall this hotel is affordable and a good place to stay. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

the staff over all was fine however we were given a room with major sewerage smell issues ,lied to us about issue. maintenance man was very rude to us even yelled. given a bed with blood or poop on it , changed room mixed nut muffins were put with regular, nut allergies. silverware set up so everyone touches it saw children and adults handling them. breakfast some items broken, one server long greasy hair, loud noise way after mid nite we’re told couldn’t do anything. asked numerous times for general manager to call been 3 weeks still no call. reported complaints to corp was told sorry nothing were going to do. was given a free nite price charged was still more than booking .com. very poor time. stayed 11 days due to family member had surgery. would not recommend a good place to stay. i think city should inspect sewer issue and health code in breakfast area especially after covid. and allergies was not a positive time. asked to discuss issues with general manger showed no care for customer complaints.

We decided to extend our stay in NY one more night,( we stayed in Saratoga Springs and Ithaca) We booked this Hotel as it was the cheaper of the few we were looking at and it was definitely a great choice! Our first impression was its just beautiful as you walk in, the front staff guy was so nice, we had a first floor room handicap , the room was big with a HUGE window my boys loved it! The smell wasn’t great at first (sewage) there is a pipe in the bathroom kinda yuck but the smell did go away, the room was nice and cool ( last hotel our ac didn’t work well) the beds were super comfy and we got little mints on the pillow bonus points from the kids 😂 we found trash under the bed 🤦‍♀️housekeeping needs to either be trained a little more or take more pride in their work, that goes for the housekeeping manger who checks rooms after, no one checks under the bed…Gross the rugs could have used a vacuum and again maybe just tighten up on the cleaning few stains on the walls, the pool area needs a little more ventilation but other than that the pool was super clean very clear and my kids loved it! Super quiet, the breakfast was perfect anything with make ur own waffles is a plus for us, maybe add oatmeal? Every staff member in this hotel is 5 stars! This is our second annual trip to NY (we stayed in Malta) and next year we will be staying in this hotel!

La Quinta was a wonderful experience. Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, great shower, toiletries. The staff at the desk when we arrived late was helpful and courteous. We highly recommend staying here, it was a very positive experience. We were in Clifford Park for a funeral.

For some reason this a place is heading the wrong direction. Maintenance is key to a good stay. It seems things are not getting fixed or poorly maintained. Gad, the pool is gross. They need a pool company to fix it. In a 9 day stay, the pool was always cloudy and smelled of too much chlorine. Free breakfast was poor. Like me, other guests went out to eat.

Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit de transit avec 3 couples d’amis qui nous ont accompagné Très grand stationnement pour accueillir nos 2 fithwheel et 2 roulottes sans problème. Grande chambre propre avec lit et oreiller confortable. Nous avons eu un problème de voisin bruyant mais le manager a pris les choses en main à notre satisfaction. Nous y retournerons sûrement lors de notre prochain séjour en avril 2025.
