La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Clearwater South - Hotel in Clearwater - 5000 Lake Blvd, USA

The manager who checked us in was friendly and helpful. For the price the rooms were nice and very large. Ask to be on the quiet side of the hotel. The free breakfast wasn't very good like the sausage was so overcooked and cold I couldn't even bite through it.

Very quiet hotel. Staff helpful and I have stayed a few times. It’s a good value would like more help finding a restaurant in the area.it’s entrance is like a maze should be easier to get into. Other than a few things it is a good value

Lobby clean and well kept but had a strong chemical smell. Staff at desk quietly friendly. This hotel is located right on freeway so is not quiet . Only thing in walking distance is Quaker Steak and Lube. Workout room is terrible! Only 4 machines and 2 not working, nothing available to wipe off machine or clean hands., no barbell weights or mats. |Bed comfortable , room clean , but getting |Tired. Typical bla hotel breakfast. Probably would not choose again.

I was in the hotel for almost 3 weeks. This La Quinta was such a wonderful hotel. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are large and spacious. My room was cleaned and restocked every three days. I know Lisa cleaned and stocked my room a few times. It was so nice coming "home" to clean sheets, towels and room. Stephen Woods is the GM and he was so friendly and personable. Dawn Basic is one of the managers she was always checking in on me to make sure my room was nice and I had everything I needed. Tonie was usually at the front desk and so very kind to me. The breakfast has great choices and the hours were easy for me to grab a bite to eat most days. Todd was always making sure everything is stocked, no matter what time I came to eat. The pool was nice to lounge around when I did have down time and the hot tub was large and spacious and open until 10pm. I was out here for a family emergency and the staff made me feel at home. This LaQuinta was the best place I could have stayed. Close to so many stores, restaurants and the beach. As I mentioned a couple of names of people who made me feel at home, all of the staff were really wonderful. Andrew and Dickson seemed like the maintenance crew always waved and said hello when I passed them. Thank you for giving me a home away from home during such an uncertain time. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area!

I have been staying at this hotel for over a year now due to my jobsite location. Excellent place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean along with having free breakfast at 5:30am. I would stay again and recommend it to others. Special Thank You to Jeff. One of the Check in employees there. Jeff you have def. made my stay and many others stay there a memorable one. This man is on key, ready to be at service when you need him. Very friendly and just a pleasant person to talk with. Thanks for your professionality and service. We only stayed for one night and we wanted to bring our dog. The Room was really large and had a small fridge/micro. Large bathroom with a high end lighted mirror. They have a really nice breakfast too. The location was close to the expressway and easy to get around. Would stay again!

Decent place for an out-of-the-way one night stay. Good wifi and comfortable beds. Pretty good free breakfast. I may have been unlucky, but my AC unit was so loud that it kept me awake. If I had earplugs, my stay would have been perfect.

This hotel is Dated, it was not as expected, funny smell in lobby area, it is definitely out of the way. Pool was dirty and uncleaned. Breakfast was only until 9 am. Staff was nice enough though Not ada friendly very tiny bathrooms
